No, it doesn't apply to people who don't treat their sexual partners with respect.

I discovered a new sexuality term called fraysexual, that I think applies to me. I knew of the term demisexual, in which one needs a strong emotional connection in order to have a sexual attraction. That term never applied to me, so I googled the opposite of demisexual. Fraysexual- strong sexual attraction to strangers or people they don’t know well, but sexual attraction fades when emotional connection develops. I don’t necessarily experience the fading part, but I don’t need an emotional connection to be sexually attracted to a guy. I guess this explains why I love to hire, and casually hookup with strangers, without any desire for an emotional connection or relationship.

Well, that’s a new one. And just in time; I was feeling that I needed yet another label - top, bottom, vers, bear, chub, daddy, gay, homosexual, single, slut, whore, tired, old, queer, queen, f*g, on and on and on. Sarcasm aside, this term - fraysexual - genuinely applies to me. I need to read more. The allure of strangers is powerful; the allure of an emotional connection or commitment not so much.

That's good old fashion fear of intimacy. Just another made-up term.

I would think it would be dependent upon the goal of whether one is seeking the possibility of forming a relationship or only a temporary carnal gratification.
