I am surprised with Travis as well since he's highly recommended.  Truly thought he may have become my regular here in Chicago based on his profile and member comments on this site. Disappointed to say the least. Fortunate to live in a city with many options, I'll keep searching. I don't have the desire to pursue a provider that discards me. My contact with him was via phone which I think is more personal and shows intent. I'm not going to try to guess his reasoning. Just sharing my experience as asked. Re Travis I have seen some providers say they dislike phone calls because callers tend to be less serious about booking and looking for a version of phone sex.  Combine that with asking about an appointment two weeks out and the caller could seem to be a time waster.  Don’t know Travis but just a theory.
