If you can find a place that will custom make one for you, that's your best bet.

I had several made in Key West at Leathermasters.  They measure your junk, ask you questions on how snug you want it, etc.

The Leatherman on Christopher Street is always the best, most experienced place to buy a cock ring. They also do custom work if you can't find exactly what you want off-the-shelf.
