You're ignoring the fact that even other people who use the forum the way you do may be annoyed by finding a provider post that even if only a few days or weeks old but is still on the front page of the Deli would show what would now be an incorrect location for that provider. Causing them the same annoyance that posts that have no city title cause you.

I of course can't speak for anyone else on the forum except myself, but I would like to mention I am not annoyed if the location in the title is outdated.  (I mentioned it previously, but even if the location is outdated, it lets me know that the provider has traveled to my city in the past, and may return in the future. This is probably the least important benefit).  I can think of 2 use cases where it affects me more:

1) For masseurs that are on masseurfinder, who do not have a unique user name.  If those providers don't advertise on the other sites, then they are sometimes only referred to be their first name.  Having the city in the title, helps me narrow down if it is the provider in my city.  (Of course, it would be great if the original post provides a link to the masseurfinder page, or to the unique 5 digit number associated with the provider, but sometimes people forget to include those)

2) Helps me find threads that I may be willing to comment on.  I am willing to provide feedback on providers that I have had the pleasure of having a session with.  However, sometimes I won't recognize the user names of each provider I have hired.  If the city is in the title, I can read through the thread, and maybe something will jumpstart my memory. I can now provide some feedback on the provider even if they are in another city that is not my own.

I doubt that (and haven’t looked), but even if true it is irrelevant. I mean, so what?

Interesting confidence to completely doubt facts without checking. Here’s 5 mins of effort…

Search for posts by Peter Eater in Deli or Spa. Have to put a search term so used “info” and only looked at threads that say you posted vs replied.

First 5 where the ad is still active with the Thread Title city and their current Ad Home city.

DavidZeusXX - Title Palm Springs / Ad San Antonio

ExclusiveTouch - Title LA / Valid

Orlando MF - Title PalmSprings / Valid

MisterBolden - Title Los Angeles / Ad Dallas

HungAF - Title Palm Springs / Ad Kentucky

60% inaccuracy rate. Please fix them OP, and review to update your other titles that are inaccurate. If you truly believe what you assert, follow the advice of Vegas Mil and lead by example.

And over at https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/161956-jack-ryan-in-palm-springs/   @Lucky  and   @azdr0710  have noted "he is not in Palm Springs, but West Hollywood. "

All that makes total sense to me for when you're looking for where a provider has been as well as for just noticing when there may be a provider you have anecdotes to share on an existing thread. But i thought the main point of the city in title request and most of the debate in thread was more specifically for people looking for info on providers currently in their city to hire in the present and very near future. That's the only time when not having the city in title at all or having incorrect city in title is the biggest issue really. Any provider could be anywhere in a distant enough future, so that's not really what i thought we were talking about here.

Just be clear: Despite the quote claim, it was written by DMonDude, not by me. A bug in the quote-system.

But more importantly, in what city were each of you in when it was written?  😆
