I know a twink in the Southeast who does foot fucking with some clients. He does have small feet, but can you imagine? That’s one I hadn’t heard of.

There are many in the area you’re looking. Do a search on RM with hashtag FF, or fisting, or buttplay.

When I'm searching for providers into FF, I do a word search to find guys who specifically mention it in their profiles.  The ones who just list it as a preference often have little to no experience.  In fisting, experience matters.

Asspig.com is a site for fist fuckers, and if you're in an area of any size there should be guys near you. They are typically very experienced, willing to share their expertise, and are a chatty bunch, so you can talk through your expectations ahead of time. Most guys into fisting both top and bottom, so your odds of finding someone to top you are very good.

The men on the site are mostly middle-aged or older. If that bothers you you may need to look elsewhere. Right now an experienced hand is what you need, so be open-minded.
