I wish I hooked up with the host. No, I just used it to rent a studio apartment in PVR. It's owned by Lucas from Lucas Entertainment. In fact, it's called "Casa Lucas".

I think MisterBnB is a gay-friendly version of AirBnB, though I'd not be surprised if it's used for spaces that are more than welcoming to gay men.

I booked my first MisterB&B in Salt Lake City in April. It was a nudist place, but no sexual contact was permitted. Was a little uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it.

I utilized MisterBnB on several occasions in Palm Springs. Except for one house with  inadequate air conditioning, every experience was very good if not great. Many hosts do not allow you to invite guests over (read: hookups) so make sure you’re clear on your host’s policies before booking. I did hook up with a host, quite unexpectedly and quite pleasantly, but for me that is the exception more than the rule.
