I’ve known only a few guys to be rock-hard while being penetrated, while quite a few others got hard while I was pumping them.
 

In my experience, their own cock being flaccid or erect made no difference as to how well the bottom performed. It didn’t seem to affect their enjoyment in any way…and as I’m only a top, that was my major concern.
