Gay people often have older brothers. Why? And does it matter?

Years ago I introduced two of my closest gay friends to one another. Although they were born and lived on two different continents, they both had the same birthday (06/06). Both of them had a straight brother and sister; the sister was childless, the straight brother was married with three children, and the straight brothers were both called Greg!!! Surely that can't all be coincidence, can it?🤔

I meant I chose not to live with a same sex partner. I prefer a mainstream lifestyle with a little fun on the side. You may be born with a degree of inclination toward same sex attraction but what you DO about that is indeed a choice.

I'm not the one to label anyone but to me your scenario runs the gammit of bi-sexual.  If a guy identifies as being gay, he is not desirous of having sex with a woman.  It's just not going to happen.  You can try to pretend for a while but it's not going to last for long and will make for a miserable partnership.  If a guy is bi, he can enjoy the best of both worlds.  From what you have shared on this forum, you have a great situation since you have an open marriage and don't even have to sneak around.  Cheers to you!
