So, I contacted this guy and he gave me his prices. After I requested a 5 minute FaceTime call to verify that he is actually the person in the pic (I even said I would send $50 as a deposit before the call and $50 after) he became rude, balked at even a 5 minutes call, then modified his price list to include “calls” at $380.  Can you believe this arrogant asshole? He wanted me to pay him $380 for 5 minute verification call on top of $380 for an appointment. Not sure if you guys have been successful making an appointment with him yet but I found his attitude rude, arrogant and off putting.

Why are you even bothering with this person to begin with ? His prices are more inline with a porn star...and this one's not much to look at. So time to move on. Rude or not rude he's not worth these prices.

You’re right!! The red flag was obvious after his reaction to a 5 minute verification call.

Those pics have Been making the rentmen circuit for quite a long time . The tatted arm and veiny beefy thic dick leaning to the left is a dead give  away. I never forget a pic like that 😃 something also seems “off” and i have learned to follow my first instinct and go with that so never met him

Same here. I found him physically attractive, but something about the poses in the pics (almost always with sunglasses, almost no close ups) seemed off to me too. I also never even contacted him.

I'd say that's actually about 50% of all ads where I'll just never make the initial contact because something is off despite an initial attraction. 

It really amazes me how unbelievably bad so many of the ads are.

Agreed. Barely 10% of ads even pique my interest anymore. RB and even CL were full of much hotter guys 15-20 years ago, before the era of OF and other vanity projects. Perhaps my aesthetic sensibility is too rarified.

I thought that perhaps it was just me, feeling the effects of aging and becoming increasingly particular in my expectations.

Perhaps I've changed, but I tend to agree. Prices are up, service is down -- with NOTABLE exceptions, thank goodness, on the service end.

I rarely hire anymore outside of one regular guy.  The past few inquiries I have made have been, 1500, 1K and 800 for an hour. One wanted 1k with a two hour minimum but the first hour was conversation only then possibly play in the second hour. I completely respect a providers choice on what they set, but it’s insane now. The golden era is gone.  Honestly I really only hire when I go to Europe and use Romeo.  I find there to be a much more realistic mentality overall and a far more local base of choices.
