I can appreciate the idea of this as a sensory device - maybe deprivation, maybe enhancement, maybe purely psych, depending on how it's used, I guess. As depicted in porn, it's never been what I focus on. 

A couple questions I have

Do caged guys do a trial period in full control, for proper fit before locking and handing the key to somebody?

The idea of open construction for full time wear allows the wearer to urinate, obviously. Even a good rinse in the shower. But I'm thinking being uncut (from which I know) in one of these would pose challenges to being as clean as most mature intact men keep ourselves. Or is the accumulated funk a feature rather than a bug?
