here, I'll get you guys started!.......what I did, see, was I put "long island" (in quotes) in the search box at upper right, set the drop-down menu to "this forum" (the Deli) and clicked on the magnifying glass.......hours of reading!

 LONG ISLAND SUCKS! There's nothing out here. No hot guys that are looking to be hired and no gay scene. It's a terrible place.

But there is a ferry from there to Fire Island.

Long Island is a bedroom community of several million people.  With all those bedrooms there are many bedroom closets.  If you open enough of those closets you will find gay men.  There is that one gay strip joint on Long Island Buff Daddy's.

Buff Daddy's is no longer on Long Island anymore if you haven't heard.

Fire Island is only lively for about 4 months a year. Never been there and haven't heard if anyone hires on Fire Island or is it free and exclusive for those that have a body of a greek god?
