1)When hiring can I request the escort wear certain outfits?  
2)I assume most escorts are on PrEP, how do I approach the subject of BB?
3)I'm thinking 3 hour appointment but for most of that time I'd like to be in him while cuddling, maybe some light thrusting but mainly feeling that connection, would a provider allow that?

Honestly you are asking questions that you should just discuss with the escort you are interested in hiring.

I haven't met with anyone, but I would suggest that making any assumptions related to health is doing so at your own risk - and potentially a very large and life-altering risk.

I'd suggest just asking them the questions. With an experienced escort, you're unlikely to ask anything they've not been asked before.

As for BB, again just ask but also make sure that you protect yourself (PreP, STI check afterwards etc).

You should approach every sexual encounter the same.

Which is to protect yourself .

People lie all the time about HIV status / STI's and PreP

There are multiple cases of escorts infecting their customers with HIV, after telling them they were negative and on PreP ( they weren't ).

A lot of the things you're taking about should always be discussed with the person you're looking to hire. As far as Prep, again that's another thing you should always ask even though a good  percentage of gay men are on Prep. Remember to always protect yourself, I'm on Prep and would encourage everyone to look into it. If it's not for you then that's okay as well.

Yes. I do it all the time. However, I also say it isn't a dealbreaker (for me, it isn't) and am understanding when an escort shows up wearing an outfit that is close to but not exactly the same as what I am looking for.

Assume nothing. I mean NOTHING. It is OK to ask an escort's safe sex practices. If he balks, becomes offended, or refuses to answer you have every right to walk away. That said, only you can protect yourself. If you don't use PrEP and bareback, accept the risk that you could acquire HIV. Also, accept the risk that by barebacking you could acquire a different kind of STI. PrEP won't protect you from other STIs.

That's a question for the provider. Most men I've hired and who are versatile would be OK with that scenario.

If you want to do BB you should be on PrEP, never mind the escort…that’s his responsibility. I’m on PrEP, almost every sex worker I know is on it too. It’s just sensible to use it if you’re having sex regularly (even ‘safe’ sex). Here in the UK it’s prescribed on the NHS so I get it free, and I get a free check up every 3 months. It’s fantastic.

Ask him if he’s ok to do BB, he’ll tell you. Sometimes I think clients are embarrassed or think it’s disrespectful to ask questions like that but it really isn’t. No experienced sex worker will find questions like that a problem. So just ask him outright. I prefer it if clients are clear with me about what they want.
