Yeah I also wonder if a lot these hot guys don't really have to "try" in real life so they don't feel like they have to try in a hiring situation. Also I guess just because you're good looking doesn't mean you're actually that sexual of a person. A good escort should be both hot and horny. I think a lot of these guys are only the former.

I would hope not.   I liked part of what you expressed as you talked about the "experience".   A good escort should always be concerned about the client and the kind of experience he is having.   It can be a challenge when you don't know the client,  but adequate texting in advance should yield a clue.   My only suggestion  (as I 'm sure you already know)  is to evaluate whether the provider has an understanding of what you really want and are on the same wavelength.

Good advice. Yeah I do try to talk to the escorts and tell them what I want and as I said I am pretty reasonably flexible in terms of activities even. I'll have a conversation saying: "I am vers and definitely would love to flip if possible but can either bottom or top." And then the guy comes saying he can't bottom because he's not properly douched and then cannot stay hard to top for more than a few minutes at a time. That's kind of a problem.

For the most part I find the older guys are better.  I'm hoping that the young guys are learning and will improve.  I try to provide honest feedback.  I'm hoping that this doesn't mean a decline in quality as the older guys retire.

IMHO escort quality over the past 5+ years has always been highly variable. Good reviews are critical. And even then an exemplary over the top experience is pretty rare.

Whats even more frustrating are escorts who are outstanding one time and mediocre on the next session. I’ve had my fair share of those experiences which are totally confounding to me. Almost like I’m being taken for granted.
