I've typically had pretty successful threesomes. The main thing I'd suggest is the power of the reset. This is probably best asked under the existing discussions about threeways in the "Questions About Hiring" forum, because this thread has been primarily about threeways in general and mostly hookups or sex parties. 

When hiring, it's the escort who sets his rate, not the other way around.  So, ask each man separately what his rate for a threeway is, and let them both know in advance who will be the other man he will be working with (or better yet, let one escort recommend his own buddy to being.  It's been elaborated on in the Questions About Hiring Forum).
