jeezifonly Posted January 17 Posted January 17 My fave No-Fail "bring an appetizer" - I bring good quality corn chips with this Hot Artichoke Dip 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. Non-marinated variety. (Frozen ok, thawed and drained) I cup mayo, full-fat 1 cup grated Parm or Romano Garlic powder to taste (1/2 tsp good place to start. Ground black pepper to taste. (Cheese salty enough) Mix in oven safe dish, bake 30m 350° till bubbly and lightly browned. I travel it short distances in an insulated container. Alt: add an inexpensive can of crab meat to it if you want it richer. Becket and MikeBiDude 1 1
