<smile> probably already solved, speaking only about the n-thousand servers at work which are the bane to my existence;  our windows farms run domain time client which slew away any discrepancies...  so missing a leap second will only effect geeks that follow us in a thousand years, who will likely stand by and wonder how their ancestors could have been so dumb....  that and possibly Kerberos authentication might get a bit twitchy if it pushes a server over its limit.

It's just the regular emojis offered here, enlarged.  I do period/space/emojis/space/period, then highlight the emojis & click 'size' above, then make them 72.  Then I erase the periods.  It's easier to highlight & enlarge the emojis if there is something before & after them.
