In talking to escorts during the "afterglow", a couple of them have alluded to the fact that they, too, have hired escorts for their own pleasure. This surprises me, because both of them were hot, young guys, who obviously could get other hot guys for free if they wanted them. And presumably, their financial means were such that they needed to escort, so I wouldn't think they'd have a lot of money to burn.

 

So just a curious question to you escorts out there: Do you hire other escorts for your own pleasure, and why?

It's a little easier to see once you realize there are two not necessarily true assumptions in your question. The first, that hotties have no need for escorts, is kind of true, but I'm sure they get tired of the BS on the free hook-up sites, not to mention I'd think they would especially enjoy sex where they were the center of attention once in a while, and the no-strings, quick gratification of hiring a escort is hard to beat when you're horny, same for them as for us. Not to mention it's been my experience with the LA Hooville meetings that pretty much none of us 'need' to hire. Nobody's as harsh a critic of our own appeal as ourselves, and there've been 'clients' at meetings several others at the table would readily hire as escorts.

 

The second assumption, that escorts are desperate for money, can be true, especially where drugs are involved. But there are also many unbelievably classy escorts on this board with full educations (I hired one with an Ivy League degree recently), that are smart with their money, or at least don't snort or inject it all, who are doing quite well. Somebody with the right attitude and a good body could probably approach or surpass 6 figures, if they put in the effort. Hopefully they are also smart enough to save a lot of it, because they're selling perishable goods... :+

Yes, I've hired many escorts/pornstars over the years. I've hired one escort over 200 times in the past 6 years. For me, it's often been a matter of convenience. Working as an escort isn't particularly conducive to dating. So, I've been mostly single the dozen years I've been escorting.

 

I've never been to a bathouse/sex club. I rarely go out to dance clubs. And, I gave up on online hookups after several unsatisfying encounters. I wanted more of a guarantee that if I'm going to have sex for ME, I want it the way I want it. I've spent the majority of adult sex life, concentrating on making sure other are satisfied sexually. Plus, I enjoy the role reversal. With clients I'm usually the dominant one. When I hire an escort, I really get into submitting to a big-dicked alpha male who's physically bigger, stronger than I am and that's not easy to find.

Forgot to mention this reason. Not only to check out the competition, but to see if they're someone with whom I'd like to work.
