Well nothing as tasty but around 2005 there was a masseur in Brooklyn that I discovered on Craigslist. He inserted a vibrator about midpoint of the massage. Totally rocked me. He also had other interesting toys that he applied elsewhere. Saw him for years until he moved to Wilton Manors FL.
