The phone number in the ad is the same as the cell phone for real estate agent (and I guess former actor/model) Chad Allen Jackson.  His real estate website identifies the cell phone.   There is a cute video of him and his hot latin partner. 

Anyway, I texted the phone number, and CAJ responded intelligently and seemed up for an adventure.  

I was not able to ask his rate, which may discourage my interest.

Seems cray he would scort (besides striving for a legit acting modeling career) I mean the fact that he IS a licensed Real Estate Agent here.  I know the Manhattan market is rough now for sellers which is what he reps, and I know MANY an EX gay porn star/escort has gone into this field, but seems CRAY he would run a scort ad WHILE working as an agent.  But can't deny all above and it does seems to be him.

I must admit to being puzzled as well. . . .  On his real estate website, there is a super-cute video of him and his handsome latin partner (and their super-cute little dog).   In the video, they are moving into a 2BR, 2Bath condo in Tribeca, a very pricey area of NYC.   Maybe they are having problems meeting their mortgage payments?   If so, I wonder if the handsome partner  will also be escorting.   (This also suggests the oddity of Mr. Jackson's teaming up with the much-discussed IvyLeagueHung etc.  Presumably Jackson has an open relationship?  Hope he and his partner have not split, they really seemed like a happy couple.)

Also, at least in the video, I wouldn't say Chad is exactly in cover model shape.  More like guy next door on the verge of a dad bod.
