I’ve some regular clients where the session is now effectively both a proper massage and a sex session which is charged only at massage rates. My fault for letting that develop. 

I’m clear with clients about what’s not on offer as part of the massage but it doesn’t stop some trying unfortunately.

You've never ran into a client who wasn't prepared/ready for the full "massage" experience?

I insist they shower beforehand. And I check the area for suitability for rimming It’s incorporated into a massage move…I don’t say “ok spread your cheeks I just got to check you’re clean”…. It’s all done very discreetly. If there’s an issue I won’t go there.
