Perhaps not if you have heart trouble. I had a heart attack in my 40s-  a long time ago, still!

It is supposed to reverse endothelial dysfunction

I strongly suspect this is just a correlation and not any actual preventive mechanism. Alzheimer's shows subtle signs decades before full onset of symptoms. I would wager one of those signs is less general vigor and awareness of/interest in the availability of Viagra in the first place.

Perhaps I’ll have to try it, although I have very high testosterone and haven’t needed it. One can always be harder, though.

In those men who don't need Viagra to get an erection, taking it will definitely make them last longer and recover faster for a 2nd and 3rd round. Don't ask me how I know. 🙈

I’m sure my doctor will write up a scrip, but I’m wondering if the mail order option is safe? I’ve heard horror stories about stuff made in India and Pakistan causing problems. My innate caution borders on paranoia sometimes!

Even the Indian versions are pretty safe. I've bought it mostly for myself and my lovers during my trips to Latin America, in local pharmacies of Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. In average you can get a little box with 4 tablets of 100 mg for 3 to 6 USD. They're all generic versions of the same ingredient (Sildenafil) and all with the same great effect. You can also get reliable cheap Indian versions from AllDayChemist.com which is a reliable website so I don't think they would accept a sketchy merchant to sell products on their website. Of course, you can also buy the Viagra branded version at your local pharmacy with the script of your Dr but you will be basically paying for Marketing.. I don't know what the current price is in the US, I haven't bought Viagra in North America in ages.
