I'm a bit confused by your responses to Jamie21.  You do realize he is a provider, not a client, right?  He is saying what he provides, not what he expects.  I agree with him that he is perhaps over-delivering if by "interact with me as much or as little as you like" he means the client can expect full service at a lower-than-full-escort rate.  Not that I mind that as a client and some masseurs I've hired have had sex with me (at their initiation, not mine) when I contacted them for erotic massages.  I certainly don't expect anything other than mutual masturbation and all over touching when hiring an erotic masseur, though.

Yes, I’m a provider. I think he misunderstood. But the crucial point is that I don’t guarantee or promise (or charge for) more than a naked happy ending massage in my sensual massage service. If more happens (as in sex) then it’s because it feels right for both my client and me. That way there’s no pressures or expectations. My clients get a great sensual massage, they get release, they can it’s erotic and relaxing.

That's the way I've always approached hiring an erotic masseur.  I have no expectations beyond manual release (and that's only if I can manage to get excited quickly enough, which doesn't always happen).  Anything more is a bonus.

No. I am not confused.

I agree ..he's probably over delivering.

People shouldn't expect that from otherss when booking a sensual massage.

I don't know what your posted reply to Jamie21 means, then, when you wrote:

"You're gonna consistently be disappointed if your expectations are so far outside the norm. "Sensual" massage is about touching YOU, not interactive touching."

Sounds like you were replying to him as if he was a client, not a provider, especially the part about "sensual massage is about touching YOU," unless you actually intended to write that sensual massage is about the client touching the masseur and not vice-versa.  That surely would be outside of the norm; however, one time I did have a masseur who offered to let me massage him for a bit because he said some likes like to be able to touch him all over, not just the parts that are reachable when lying on a massage table.

So what about a provider who’s rate is close or above that of an escort?

It is somewhat confusing when you read about providers offering “extras” that they don’t want to out in their profile or listing.
Also if you’re looking for sex after a good massage and the recommendation is go the escort route how do you ensure that escort is skilled at erotic massage?

@Luvfurrytops In my experience it’s best to decide what your priority is — a good erotic massage or sex. If it’s sex, I suggest you hire your guy from an escort site like rent.men, looking for guys that include massage in their ad and have good mentions on this forum. You’ll be quoted the escort rate and get both massage and sex. I suggest hiring from RentMasseur or MasseurFinder when your priority is the erotic massage, again though, look for guys with good mentions on this forum to help ensure great experience.

If on a site other than Rentmasseur, where the types of available massages are specified, I will tell a prospective masseur that I prefer to be undraped for the massage and ask if he’s OK with that. Nine times out of 10, masseurs have responded something along the line of, “That’s fine, I work in the nude anyway.” Of course, that 10th guy might respond that the client must be draped at all times and that he (the masseur) will be fully clothed throughout. I thank him and move on.

As for the difference between “sensual” and “erotic,” I was told by one masseur that “sensual” has both client and masseur naked, with some intimate touching (perhaps by both parties); but in an “erotic” massage, not only are the client and masseur naked, but they get to know one another pretty well. LOL

Therapeutic Massage, Sensual Massage and Erotic Massage

I needed to learn actual massage types that are not just on the menu from RentMasseur. When I called for a legit massage place booking, they asked me for what massage type and I got stumped and all I could think of and say was "therapeutic." (lol, can u imagine if I actually said one of the other 2 RentMasseur options?).

But to answer the OP question - depends on the masseur. Someone's erotic is another's sensual, another's sensual is somebody else's erotic, and another person's erotic is somebody else's full service. I experienced all types of these nuances, so just keep the communication clear.

I think the only clear misrepresentations occur when a masseur advertises an erotic massage and then remains fully clothed and doesn't do anything outside of what a therapeutic masseur would do.  Beyond that, if you want to know what an erotic massage from a specific provider is going to entail then ask.  As others have written, however, consider it a bonus if a masseur wants to have sex with you beyond giving you a happy ending with his hand.  Hire an escort at escort rates if you want more.

In all the years of hiring masseurs and going to spas, sensual would refer to the touch, the perceived intention of the massage (arousal). When hiring, I specify before starting I wanted it erotic and they get naked either from the start or slowly take off their clothes as the massage progresses. In a spa, you’ll have no choice but to ask if they can do the massage in the nude, if they’ll do it for x amount of tip and once they’re naked well… you start subtly touching and see how they react, also if they are or not hard and from there well…😎

Yes I think he missed that. I’m a provider, I describe myself as a sensual masseur, but if my client wants it then I’ll go much further than a sensual masseur usually would I guess. My rates aren’t cheap though.
