Too bad there ain't no site for poz gay escorts only. My type of escort, and I am far from being the only one

If it’s consensual and honest between you two, go for it. But I’m curious what the appeal to a + escort is?  Is it just knowing the status, being able to play without worrying about infecting someone, or something else I haven’t thought of?

This is no different than a straight man having unprotected sex with a woman who lied to him, stating that she was on birth control, when asked.

Had he known otherwise, he would have probably made a different decision in sexual protective measures, just as the OP in this thread would have.

Morally, I agree with you.

But in the circumstance of a straight man who was lied to about birth control, the man would still be on the hook for child support payments if the action resulted in a child.

The woman probably would not be convicted of rape.  The courts have been inconsistent on ruling whether lying about birth control, or taking off a condom (stealthing), constitutes rape.  It's "rape adjacent"...a bad thing to do, but not necessarily punishable without extenuating circumstances.
