If they can't perform and knew what you wanted to do during the session/were paying for then to me, they should not expect to get paid their full rate. I'm not saying it should be free either. This guy is way worse than Connor. There was a recent string of posts about him. The things people said they experienced with him were some of the same issues I had with him, and then some.
