We all have those 1 or 2 products that visibly help us the most to fight aging (outside and inside), to appear younger, look more fit, or feel better.

Please share here those product names and a link (avoid Amazon links as they tend to expire, brand websites preferred) so we can learn and exchange.

Providers are more than welcome to contribute. Nobody better than Pros who know the best products and tips to show their best appearance.

I don’t use any cosmetic products. I eat well, Exercise regularly, stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep and sex when I can. Keeps me youthful and looking younger than my 73 years.

I should have added that I do use a body moisturizer after taking a shower or swimming. I’ve been doing this for about 10 years after my dermatologist recommended it for dry skin. It’s become second nature to me so forgot about mentioning it. I also use sunblock and wear a hat most of the summer to protect my head after developing AK, which can be a precursor to skin cancer.

Many decades ago I used to ride (horses) with a business partner of Charles Revson, the founder of Revlon. He operated a major branch of the Revlon empire. One day he told me he wasn’t in the cosmetics business. Rather he was selling “romance”. I don’t think much has changed:).

OTC topicals rarely work well and usually cost much more than they should. Injections trump creams.

Moisture is one thing, but to truly get rid of wrinkles and replace lost facial volume, you need more than overpriced La Mer/Prairie.

Chemical exfoliants (AHA/BHA/Lactic/Azelaic acids). Regular laser treatments. Botox/Dysport. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers.

I detailed products I use regularly on my blog post here:

Two of the best products ever are exfoliating body scrubs and Neutrogena Hydroboost body lotion. The scrub I use is Dove Skin Polish, just because I like the way it smells. I use it all over, including my face, every other day. After I shower, I apply the lotion all over. The great thing about the Neutrogena lotion is that it's very light - goes on without any oily feeling and soaks in immediately. I don't mind saying that this regimen keeps my skin looking GOOD.

Of the topicals, retinoids tend to be the most effective. They increase sun sensitivity though.

Prescription Retin-A is terrific - used very conservatively. At 68, I still get zits. When one starts to come out, I touch it with Retin-A. One time is often all it takes.

One less fun but important thing to remember: Skin cancer can be very disfiguring. If you are fair skinned or have a family history of skin cancer or both, use effective sunscreens and a hat with a 3 inch brim at least. Get annual skin exams, but also know what to look for yourself. If a “pimple” doesn’t resolve within months, have it checked out. The earlier you catch it, the better you’ll look.

This is sage advice.

As a ginger, I get the strip search by my derm every 8 months. Doc even checks between my toes... She's not fucking around.

Many, many guys in porn (and escorting) don't realize that sunshine is not your friend in large amounts, especially as you age. You cannot reverse the loss of collagen levels and expect your skin to not look like a Birkin 35 knockoff.

Yes, tretinoin is the scientifically proven way to reduce wrinkles. Nicotinamide riboside, or niagen, is an alternative form of vitamin B3. It is promoted as an anti-aging supplement because it boosts your body's levels of NAD+, which acts as fuel for many key biological processes. Not 100% scientifically proven, but, hey I'm in my later 50s, and I don't have a gray hair or wrinkle!
