Rhight, and you win the spelling bee, but Marian is Ms Brook, paternal niece of Agnes Van Rhijn and Ada Forte. Indeed confusing. Unless she marries her cousin, in which case he will be up for an award nomination that corresponds to his name.

hahaha.  I looked up the spelling.  

By the way, I looked up $300,000 (Jack's cut of the clock buyout) in 1833 dollars, that's the equivalent of 11.5 million in 2025 dollars!  They said that doesn't bring him up to Ada's level of money - that pastor was loaded.

I just ordered the DVD's of Krypton from the library.  I watched about half the first season when it first aired, I don't see it on any of my streaming services. My renewed interest is based on finding Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca in Ted Lasso) was in it.

I also only watched the first few episodes (on CW?) I found the camera work too dark to enjoy. Did it get any better later in the season?

it was okay, but not great. I have not rewatched it.

Yes, it's still great.  I could do with a bit less of the wife and daughter and I hope Sam Elliott doesn't take up too much screen time.  An 8 out of 10 for me.
