depends on what the agreement was … if it was a BFE, switch into snuggle/cuddle/frolic mode … if it was balls to the wall get laid, end the session give half the fee and agree to chock it up to "not meant to be"

And what if the provider believes he deserves his full fee? Do you pursue an argument? Do you risk having the provider post your personal information? I recently had this situation with a WELL REVIEWED provider here who showed up (my place) under the influence. I'd seen him before; regardless, I should have tossed him out but didn't. When he couldn't perform, I got up but insisted he sleep it off before driving. I had payment in an envelope on the table with his name on it (giving him the choice of fairness.) He took it. Providers can't be trusted to fairly evaluate their performance... they want their cash.

Well remember gentlemen, technically we are only paying for the escort's time. I had this happen with a regular and though he couldn't get hard, we made some alternative arrangements that left me satisfied. It happens to the best of them and I still hire him even after that one meeting.

 

I would recommend something similar...ask for what he is willing to do if he can't get hard. Often the alternatives are pretty fun too.

yes... you are paying for his time. if he isnt conning you and its simply a physiological issue, have a nice conversation. ask him to give you a massage etc. but pay him the agreed upon rate. assess then whether or not in the future it is worth you to rehire or not. remember... as i've said time and time again, this is an expensive sport. if one cant afford to drop a few hundred bucks without it stinging, then one really shouldn't be hiring in the first place.

 

its the same as if you dropped a few hundred bucks at a casino and lost it all. the motivation was to go there, have a good time and win some money. if that doesnt happen and you cant get out of bed the next day due to the loss, you shouldnt be gambling then!

I would think it depends on the situation. If it was a regular I’ve seen multiple times I would ultimately handle differently than if it was a first-time hire.

Providers showing up unrested, unprepared, and uninterested in fulfilling the client's needs are far too common now. My last hire was a bust because a pro showed up to our multi-night outing after a hard weekend of partying by him. It never occurred to him to give a damn about me prior to showing up. To his credit, he summoned just enough energy to get his ass on the plane and come collect his fee.

Recent experience with a bttm who couldn't/wouldn't perform. Happened to me once before (different provider). Since my goals for the visit were very clearly established, there should be some concession. In case #1 (2 yrs ago), I paid full and the guy had the nerve to HMU again a few weeks later. No concession was offered (in fact he was indignant that I did not find our meeting satisfactory) and I have never seem him again. In Case #2 (just last week) guy offered me a much reduced fee for much reduced service, which I accepted. Still won't see him again. You win some you lose some, but if you cannot meet the goals stated for the appt there needs to me some sort of concession made.
