There is a "fast acting" version of Viagra, I think it dissolves under your tongue. Not sure if this is avail as generic yet. BUT, chewing (yuck) does speed up the absorption. I've also heard you can dissolve in a small cup of water. Empty stomach helps a lot.

Ew don't chew it. So gross when it gets in your teeth. Just crush the pill and put it under your tongue for as long as you can - it works well and fast enough that you can take less. There is a gel called Kamagra you can find at sex shops and on the grey market via India. I love these because you can take the smallest of dose, it kicks in quick and wears off faster than the pills.
