There was an earlier thread on organizing a group. Again, my experience is that it takes considerable time to do the research and co-ordinate the diaries of various guys. Make sure you play with each guy 1on1 first, and hire a variety (eg I’m a top only so hired a mix of versatile guys and enthusiastic bottoms).
