Let's say that you're celebrating a birthday soon or some other event is coming up, and you have decided to treat yourself to something/someone(s) special. What would you look for?

 

(No naming of names of specific escorts to say "I just want him!", please. Instead, what about someone would make you want them for a special occasion/event?)

Similar answer: This year, for my birthday (after not celebrating birthdays for some time)... I asked a guy I knew from RM, whom I had seen several times, to join me in Las Vegas for two days which I later extended to three days (first time doing this). (1) I was looking for compatibility with my own personality. (2) I wanted to feel that I really physically wanted this guy. (3) I wanted someone who had already showed that would enjoy my company. Those were the things that were important to me at decision time... I told myself that I wanted to remember that particular birthday for days/years to come and so far it exceeded my expectations... :D

Although I never really hired specifically for a special occasion... if it were to happen, it would need to be with someone whose company I enjoyed immensely, someone who enjoys the things I do, and that there is chemistry (not necessarily just sexual) wherever we go or do.

 

I’m not going to name names, but I bonded very well with a number of regulars. So much so that we often talk, go places, and do things nonsexual. Those are the ones I’d gladly hire on any occasion without hesitation.

 

On a quick tangent, one very popular guy on this forum... for the last few years has rearranged his schedule to be sure to be in my area on or near my birthday. I guess that’s special enough occasion. Lol! I don’t think we have ever actually had sex on my birthday. :)

Because if it’s a special occasion I would think most want someone they know will make it special and not ruin it. Sure we all lust after some prize guy, but lusting and/or fantasy isn’t the same as actuality. That guy you never met and lusted after may be a total egomaniacal douche. And even if he isn’t... chemistry is everything. He may be sweet but a dud in every other regard. I’m don’t want to be sad or pissed off or disappointed or whatever because of some random on any day, even more so on a special occasion like a birthday.

 

If I’m going to hire someone for a special occasion, I want it to be with someone I know I like. Someone I have fun with time and time again. Someone who even though it may be transactional, that’s the last thing thought about or in some cases not thought about at all.

 

I can hire some hot new guy any day. Special occasions are for special people imho. :)

I can see that point of view, though I don't know that I would subscribe to it personally...but based on other's responses, yours does seem the more popular stance.

For my birthday, Mr. AdrewDragon joined me for a weekend in LV. A grand time was had from picking up his sexy self at the airport, through the amazing road head en route to the hotel, the numerous riotous times, great conversation, and sharing all things tasty, it was my grandest celebration of turning older ever! My special occasion escort caught me completely by surprise. A few years ago in February, I had travelled to a city I usually visit two or three times a year.
