After transporting a Florida Woman to jail following her arrest on DUI charges at a McDonald’s drive-thru, cops discovered that she had an eight-pack of vodka stuffed in her bra, according to an arrest report.

Responding to a 911 call about a “drunk female that is driving all over the drive thru,” police Monday night found Brandi Stanley, 31, behind the wheel of a Pontiac SUV idling outside the McDonald’s in Lady Lake, a town about 60 miles from Orlando.

Stanley, who had been eating in the vehicle, smelled of alcohol, had glassy eyes, and her face was flushed, an officer noted. Additionally, when Stanley exited her car at the cop’s request, she swayed from side to side.

After refusing to perform field sobriety tests, Stanley was handcuffed and placed in the rear of a police car. En route to jail, Stanley reportedly uttered, “Just take me home, let’s forget this” and “I’m so stupid I should know better.”

Upon arriving at the county lockup, Stanley “continued to yell and scream” at cops, resulting in “several deputies assisting in removing the defendant from the vehicle.”

It was only after Stanley was extracted from the cruiser that police located an eight-pack of Deep Eddy Vodka under her bra. One bottle was missing from the pack, cops reported.

While court filings do not indicate the size of the individual vodka bottles, physics dictates that they were 50-milliliter nips [how approppriate!] , the shot-size serving associated with airplane imbibing.

Pictured above, Stanley was charged with a pair of misdemeanor DUI counts. After a night in jail, Stanley was released from custody after posting $2000 bond. She is scheduled for an April 19 plea negotiation conference in Circuit Court.

What store sells vodka in 8 packs?

One of the news stories showed a picture of eight small, single-serve vodka bottles. I've seen Fireball sold in multi-packs, so why not vodka? Alternatively, she might have stolen it from an in-flight catering service .

Miami private school Centner Academy won’t employ vaccinated teachers, staff

A private school with two campuses in Miami has warned its staff against taking vaccines that prevent COVID-19, saying it will not employ anyone who has been inoculated and spreading misinformation about the potential risks of vaccination.

Centner Academy, with campuses in the Design District and Edgewater, informed parents of its policy for teachers and staff by email on Monday. The announcement, first reported by the New York Times, left some parents, teachers and medical experts aghast because it was presented as fact without citing any scientific evidence.

Leila Centner, who co-founded the school with husband David Centner, warned that vaccinated persons “may be transmitting something from their bodies” that could harm others, particularly the “reproductive systems, fertility, and normal growth and development in women and children.”

Even without the signature, wouldn't you have guessed where this letter came from?

Dear Abby: My boyfriend and I have been involved for five years. He was sentenced to prison for 31 / 2years. Before he left, we had a really rocky relationship. He cheated on me with multiple women, some of whom he continued on with during his prison sentence. I was pregnant when he went away, so I am now raising our child alone.

Fast-forward to the present: He and I are doing extremely well. I see major changes, and we truly believe we can make it work when he’s released at the end of next year. My problem is, I have done some things that are eating away at me. I have had numerous relations while he has been away, all the while letting him think I’m this perfect stay-at-home fiancee and mother.

Although none of my affairs have been serious, I’m sure if he finds out, it would be the end of us. I’m scared and confused about what to do. I love him dearly and truly want to spend eternity with him. What should my next step be?

— Imperfect, too, in Florida

Dear Imperfect: Your next step should be to tell your boyfriend the truth. While you’re at it, tell him you didn’t reveal it before because you weren’t proud of it and didn’t want to worry him while he was locked up. You really have no other option because someone who knows you may let it slip, which would be worse than his hearing from you. sell your story to the Hallmark channel so they can make a movie about this heartwarming situation.

Another heartwarming family tale from the world of Disney...

Two “crazy” dads have been charged with attempted murder after allegedly opening fire and hitting each other’s daughters in a terrifying road-rage gun battle in Florida, authorities said.

Strangers William Hale, 35, and Frank Allison, 43, shot at each other’s vehicles with semi-automatic handguns during a high-speed “cat and mouse” chase late Saturday — and were finally busted when they got out and started brawling on the highway, according to cops.

During the gun battle, Hale’s 5-year-old daughter was hit in the leg and Allison’s 14-year-old daughter was shot in the back, leaving her with a collapsed lung.

“What’s scarier than one crazy driver with a gun? Two crazy drivers with a gun,” the shocked sheriff said.

“Thankfully, no one was killed in this incident, but it could have very easily turned out that way because two people were acting stupid and let their tempers get the best of them.

Allison said he fired once, hitting his road-rage rival's 5-year-old daughter in the leg, "to get out of the situation," according to the sheriff.  Hale said that after he realized his daughter had been hit he "shot everything that was in the magazine," hitting Allison's 14-year-old daughter in the back, according to the sheriff.

“There could have been two dead kids because of two stupid grown men.”

Sheriff Leeper said the agency “received multiple 911 calls with reports of people being shot at” on Highway 1 near Callahan in suburban Jacksonville.

One of those callers told authorities that a black Dodge Ram pickup was “involved in a cat and mouse game” with a gray Nissan Murano — and that another vehicle at one point was also involved ahead of the gun battle.

Hale, from Georgia, and local man Allison were “speeding” and “driving erratically,” Leeper said, adding that the men were also brake-checking — which he explained was a practice that involves “getting in front of each other and applying the brakes.”

At one point, Hale pulled his Dodge alongside the Nissan to start shouting — just for Allison’s wife, Jessica, to “flick him off with her middle finger.” In response, a water bottle was flung back at her.

“The driver of the Nissan, Allison, then grabbed his Sig Sauer .45-caliber semi-automatic handgun and fired one shot at the Dodge truck before driving away at an average speed,” Leeper said, saying the driver admitted firing the shot “to get out of the situation.”

“The bullet that Mr. Allison fired went into the right side rear passenger door and struck a 5-year-old girl in the right leg.”

Hale later told officers that “he heard a loud pop but thought nothing of it until everyone started freaking out in the back seat,” Leeper said.

“He then realized his daughter was shot,” the sheriff said.

Hale then “sped up” and “began firing several shots from his Glock 43 9mm semi-automatic handgun out of the driver window,” the sheriff said.

Hale later admitted that “he shot everything that was in the magazine — seven or eight rounds,” the sheriff said.

“At least three bullets struck the Nissan. One of the bullets went through the rear of the vehicle and struck a 14-year-old girl in the back,” he said.

Both men’s wives called 911 during the wild battle and agreed to pull over to meet a deputy, court docs show.

Instead, both men “got out and started arguing and fighting. The deputy had to break up the fight,” Leeper said.

Both men were arrested and charged with second-degree attempted murder, the sheriff said. They were each released hours later on $150,000 bond, court records show.

That article had some pretty incredible statistics:

"TSA said it had intercepted 700 guns this year at Florida airport checkpoints, a record for statewide gun confiscations, and 12 airports have reset their highs for guns taken at checkpoints. That includes all three South Florida airports.

But TSA says the state leader isn’t Miami International Airport (83, fourth most), Palm Beach International (28, seventh), or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (No. 2 at 120), but Orlando International Airport at 129."

But of course! 😆

Although this isn't funny, I couldn't help myself.  Take a look at the guy's mugshot and that he is homeless.  What could you expect?  Right in the middle of the street in rush hour no less.  Probably didn't have any toilet paper either.  Oh my!
