I think you're confusing a particular constitutional amendment with the actual absolute right to free speech, which can be blocked by anyone, anywhere, at any time. A corporation like Google can of course regulate speech on its own platforms. But then it's not supporting free speech, is it.

I'm guessing one or some of the Masseurs who didn't like their reviews pulled some strings they had access to and got google to rule I'm violating their TOS. Advice anyone?

Really bummed because it was an awesome blog.

I think it's less of a conspiracy than you're making it out to be- same with the blog post that got removed where you assumed somebody hacked into your blog.

Blogger/Google's TOS are extensive and it may only have taken a few complains to have your content or blog removed. For example- you were posting screenshots from other sites. It could be determined that these images (of the site, or of the escorts from the site) were copyrighted. This also could have fallen under part of FOSTA-SESTA

There's also the clause below that is super vague but could have been enforceable:

Our Services display some content that is not Google’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.

The really odd part is that you wouldn't be receiving notices regarding warnings about actions to be taken.

They don't exactly make it easy- but you can try to contact them: https://www.google.com/contact/

Damn sorry to hear too. Do you know the specific cause? Just because it was adult themed? Becuase there were nude pix from other sites? Becuase it "promoted" illegal activities?

It's tricky cause if you create a new blog, and limit it to private subscribers only, you're likely only to reach the few dozen folks who already know about it. I wonder if you can contrive a blog where the publicly accessible content is very sanitized - rating on scale of 1-10 - but where the comments are seen only by members? There must be something like that somewhere?

@FrequentMassageGetter

I am very sorry, I cannot imagine how I would feel if I were in your shoes.

I advise you to move to a paid server, one that is friendly towards adult content. I can recommend the one I use for my blog: https://portal.tmdhosting.com/marketplace

I just paid for one year, with a few extras besides hosting, 95 bucks. Very affordable and gives you much more tools than a free hosting service. You can even choose the location where your blog would be hosted.

Whatever you decide, I hope you can be back up soon.
