  1. Its sort of like New York. You can get just about anything - it just takes money.

Masks not widely worn - even indoors. Not required. Fair warning. Masks worn on the tube / Tfl trains though from my observation, though not on the inner city trains. I took Avanti West Coast. Most people in the UK seem to have conveniently forgotten how to use them ( and this was from my visit back in September) Coming from the US I found this strange. I had just been in Brazil a month prior in early August and I walked out on the street without a mask ( forgot) and EVERYONE gave me an evil eye, had to go back to my hotel to get one. Different place different rules different norms. Its a personal risk assessment you need to make, depending on the circumstances, your risk , age and health status. 3X myself also.
  3. I usually like meeting a guy downstairs first to access the following 1) Do the pictures match 2) Is he on drugs 3) Should I cancel this appointment. I tend to be a bit loose about number 2 - the last bad appointment I had the guy was clearly on something, later I found out a coke which he was using to nurse a GHB comedown, and I came to regret the actual appointment. Its harder to turn someone away once they are in the room. I like hotels with security.
  4. I've been to Russia more times than I can count. . When I first went 10 years ago, the signs in Moscow were all in cyrillic - I actually learned Russian so I could move about, read street signs, order food etc. The visa is a pain, but one of the benefits of living in New York is that you have the embassy of every country in the world at your doorstep ( thanks to the United Nations) . I would say the same thing exists in Washington DC also. If you love Slavic men, there is no better place. I also love Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky…. Love is love. Lately my tastes have have diverged into Brazilian + Latino + Western Europeans of all sorts ( English / French / Italian). Love is love and there is beauty in all of that. If you get a Russian visa its possible for Americans to get the 3 year multiple entry one - at the same cost at the single entry one . Its not cheap, i think it runs around 300-500 US. That will deter some people I'm sure. Its very much worth visiting. Please respect local laws, even though you may not agree with them ( and you'll be fine).
  5. I would apply this to much of the state of Florida in general ( excluding Fort Lauderdale)
  6. Have you been to Dubai? I have been countless times - you should visit before you judge. PM if you need travel advice.
  7. New York city is no joke. We can be mean son of bitches, with no apologies. I offered to actually coach a UK based provider on what to do ( i.e how much to charge, how it works here - its a little different compared to the UK and EU). I have no interest in hiring him anymore - just wanted to do something nice for someone I thought needed some help. But as the saying goes, "if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere"
  8. I think this comes from a culture of beauty being disposable in LA especially . But San Diego ? I wonder it this is a Southern California thing because I have not yet seen San Francisco mentioned . I am very much a so cal person - even though I live on the east coast
  9. This is common especially in places like Russia where gays aren't exactly thrown a red carpet. A safety lookout is part of the hiring process….
  10. As a long time New Yorker , I will agree that we do have a wider variety of tastes . I remember when the Abercrombie boys = beauty , (in much of america actually ) funny how that changed. Even in that era when beauty was so singularly defined so widely , in New York what passed as hot was way more varied . There was just so much to choose from , and speaking for myself I found beauty in all shapes and colors , and was open to experimenting .
  11. Absolutely. I can usually tell if someone is on something ( often coke ) but I'm too much of a gentleman to send them back. In my mind, you can send back a steak, ( if its undercooked etc) but not a human being. I don't think that's proper, especially if the dude is already there. I have later come to regret it though. I wish there was a nice way to do this. I would say respectfully decline, but offer the guy 50% of the agreed donation amount
  12. The flexibility goes both ways - I have done this to an escort too, largely because I was at dinner and the dinner went over. He's human too.

Would be interesting if someone could recommend a testing place at the airport for Day 2 that they have tried. . I hate US flag carriers with a passion ( so Delta, United , American ugh….) and living in New York we have choices of the worlds best to anywhere - so very often its BA ( Terminal 5) for me. I was just there in September and had to do a very expensive PCR test at this place in Notting Hill that charged me £90 for it. Cutting into my hiring budget ! The at home tests are fine - I use it to come back to the US, but I suspect most people here are not the most tech savvy - I work in tech.
  14. there are very few with dry saunas - I’m guessing Equinox Columbus Circle or perhaps Hudson Yards
  15. I am fine with these suggestions as long as RM has some form of data protection/ anonymity for its audience who may be located in places where auditioning pornstars maybe problematic. It would not surprise me that this place may also be a large market.
  16. Best thing I have heard in this forum since i joined a few months ago

Different rules. Masks not required in England if you are vaccinated . I believe the rules are different in Scotland and Wales.
  18. I was balking at 400. 600 dollars! I know its New York but you people have way too much money.
  19. @josh282282 I agree with you completely . I too run a business and there are certain standards for operating. However I assume you are US based, a lot of this is cultural . I tend to hire overseas, and when I do I all the US cultural norms go out the door - this includes tipping , unless it’s really good . ( and I mean really good ) . I adapt to the local hiring practices . That said i’ll be dammed if a London boy added on a 5% discretionary service charge which has now become the norm in London . I don’t mind paying if it’s good . What i have noticed over the years is that things that start out in London eventually makes it way to New York and vice versa . In the US we have a culture of self reliance, taking personal responsibility and being independent are all treasured traits . Overseas , there is sort of an expectation that if you are the employer - you are expected to provide . I remember years ago working in the Netherlands , and during lunch hour - they provided us lunch. I thought it was just for us as the visitors, it turns out it was for the whole company! later I found out it’s part of the employment law there . Every day. Can you imagine such a thing in the US? The only companies i know do this are google, facebook etc . I do this once a month pre covid because thats what I was comfortable with , a treat to my employees. But doing this every day is a bit rich . So this extra spoon feeding is expected in Europe and drumroll please - Brazil 🇧🇷 , adjust accordingly. They got used to it , they expect it . Now American / US based guys pulling asking for the same stuff in LA, NY, SF = well no . In fact I offered to coach a UK based provider who expressed interest in coming to New York , the first thing i told him was don’t ask for cab money because the folks stateside don’t like it . At the end of the day , I believe in paying fairly . Should i ask for cab money for an in call appointment? I would love to see the look a guys face when I suggest that . There are circumstances where cab to from is warranted- this has been discussed previously - that I think is ok I have also offered to pay for parking when I am at a nice place and it costs $20 just to enter , but not gas , even in southern california where gas is not what it used to be . That’s the cost of doing business I can see both sides of the coin here . My motto is adopt local practices. I have disappointed many people worldwide - because as soon as they hear me speak they all expect a 20% tip . I only do that stateside
  20. For our european friends , is there a UK equivalent of this ? I know there is a german one

When they let you out of oz, and if you can make it to London , you’re in for a rude shock.
  22. Mister Number. there are a few services that do this for less . US / North american numbers only . Does not work in Europe
  23. The vast majority of my hires are when I travel. Providers should not discount this . I typically start contacting potential hires 1-2 weeks prior. They will then ask me to contact them day before , or something along those lines. I may be in LA but looking to hire in London, similarly when I am in London I may be looking at guys in New York.
  24. I've been approached by talent in places where RM has no coverage. My profile stands out, and usually its quite glaring : Foreigner, American , etc How do you identify who might be talent? And how does one even bring up the subject.
