A provider I saw in London recently told me he can see at most one or two a day . He’s quite the professional - a bonafide porn star . For his privacy and mine Im not going to mention his name - but trust me he’s well regarded on this forum. He did tell me he has a strict no chems policy - as in no drugs . I would say at least half of the London escots are on drugs of some kind - largely ai was told so they could see more clients . No its not him. I'm going to be a gentleman and respect this providers privacy even though he is UK based, and its quite legal there. He obviously has issues with his side profession, but no issues with his rate though. £350 outcall? ( 460 USD) . On the high side. I was tempted to give it a try ( especially with the glowing reference) but ultimately, its too much of a risk given his high rate. Will there be service recovery like a 5 star hotel if the appointment goes bad? Hahah I think not. The risk is all mine. I have met providers who are not entirely comfortable with their profession, those appointments tended to not go well, despite the attractiveness of the talent / provider, and my attempts to get past the awkwardness . This was a rather unique circumstance, which is why I wanted to share it.

In my opinion New York / San Francisco / Los Angeles $300 London £200, outside London £150 EU excluding Paris €150, Paris is €200, expect lower rates in Spain €100 , but not Italy ( this is base , true at time of posting . expect -/+ 50 to 100 depending on talent, ie pornstar / onlyfans fame -instafame and reputation, body , dick , talents ) Much like a law firm, if you want the opinion of a senior partner expect to pay more , but one of the junior associates will fuck you over just the same, maybe with less experience

I'll end on this note. It's a piece of wisdom my former manager imparted on me some years ago. i was a young impressionable 23 year old who had just moved to New York at the time. His answer "You shouldn't be worried that milk costs X and orange juice costs Y etc. Cutting back is not the solution" You see the solution, Jetlow…….is to just make more money. That will solve all of your problems. Its the New York solution to all problems really - just go make more money. So for those cringing at NY rates either 1) Make more money 2) Hire elsewhere 3) Pass

I’m happy to announce that most European airlines have resumed their full schedule - so whatever - I for one am not tied to the New York market The rates are what they are , the higher prices mean much more dillegent vetting

Thankfully rates outside the US ( mostly UK/EU ) have remained largely steady . I also don’t tip outside the US ( following local custom) . With covid over in the UK a lot of people are back - supply has gone up So if someone asks for 900 for two hours , that’s a hard no for me.

As New Yorker of 20 years, we only go to the outer boroughs to go to JFK airport, LGA airport , and EWR airport . ( the New York area airports) . Basically to leave NYC. While enroute to JFK, one may opt to visit a provider / masseur in Brooklyn. Its sort of on the way anyway. ( esp if its an overnight flight to Europe / Asia ) . Nothing puts me more at ease than pre departure cock.

This happened to me personally right around March 2020 . I was making my way back from London ( again ) and around that time the UK was still very much open but not closed ( pre lockdown) . I was more concerned with flights getting canceled and my ability to get it back to the US. One of my favorite flights to take was Air New Zealand’s London Heathrow to Los Angeles that flight got cancelled and every single flight I tried to put myself on was either canceled or completely full ( on all the carriers) to most major cities in the US. Anyway Amidst this chaos, some providers hit me up for request$ , around that time . I turned most down but I fell for this one guy that hit me up for playstation credits - I genuinely thought this covid thing would be done is two weeks, and we would take it off the bill . He was a gamer , and I felt sorry for him ( I’m a gamer as well sort of) Playstation credits can easily be converted to cash You only need to make that mistake once . Bottom line is , you are not a bank, charity or foundation - you are a client , act like one

I've had some bad, bad appointments in my time, including - A Russian guy in London with a GHB comedown who could not get hard and ran the clock, and proceeded to get paranoid about things in the room, that did not exist . It was awkward, and yes I felt cheated. - A Brazilian guy in London ( came highly recommended btw by another member ) who left after 45 minutes - despite me agreeing on 90 minutes at quite a high rate. I paid him for 90 minutes as agreed despite being short changed : I guess I'm a gentleman in that way. - I've also been robbed before ( this only needs to happen once). It was a little sketchy though, in the middle east. Tommy was none of this, and for me at least went out of his way to make me feel comfortable - and very much provided, at a time when I needed it. By that measure I consider it to be a great appointment - and I very much enjoyed spending time with him and being with him personally. If you love the BFE style, ( and lets face it some people aren't cut out for it) , I found Tommy to be up there with the best practitioners. If you are after something else, NY has plenty of guys for different styles / fetishes . Jury's out if he can do it again a second time - we'll see. Usually when I've hired a second time, its better than the first, as two people are familiar thus more comfortable with each other. We'll see.
