Well he is a slick fucker - he used what I sent him to redo his rentmen ad and incorporated what I told him in his new ad ( nice to know he is benefiting from this) Its confusing because he did thank me for the initial general feedback but not the detailed one I sent later . I tell you sex blurs the mind and heart

Generational thing - how old are the providers you are trying to hire ?

I meet providers in the lobby period. If its not the same person I ask him to leave . Some providers ask me for the room number : no. 100 USD? No Now I have had providers show up high on something and I can tell - in which case I may give something to cancel but not the the full amount. It’s almost better to dismiss the person completely . I am not a weak ass faggot . I am kind tho….

This said provider opened his rent men account last summer , before vaccines . Something tells me he is one of the guys that started escorting when whatever job he was doing previously dried up and was hot enough to start working . Some people are not cut out for this work He lives outside the US, not sure if he got any financial assistance ( doubt it ) My favorite provider in Brazil went through his entire savings and stopped taking clients . He’s planning a trip back to Europe as soon as Brazilians are allowed back in. He probably gets lots of business - and it’s a number game . Move on to the next one . If there is no business forthcoming expect no reply

I generally stay where I need to be . If the provider has a problem with getting to me it should be discussed at the start not minutes before the appointment. The conversation could go like this - 200 h plus incidentals / parking etc . The client can then say my rate has free valet parking etc ( mine sometimes does ) or yes that’s fine . i guess from now on I am going to ask providers if there are add ons Some of this is cultural too - I in brazil cab to from is expected

I don't really want to hire him again @Benjamin_Nicholas, would you? The appointment was over a week ago, and I still feel like shit from it. He's got other issues. But he is a very beautiful, sweet boy. I am inclined to give him another chance - but the prevailing wisdom amongst the daddy's is no. I'm coming back to his city in a few months - well see. I'll discuss this with my regular provider and see what he thinks, but I'm inclined to go with the prevailing wisdom of the daddy's in the deli - and they all told me no. i might say yes if he offered a discount - but not at 400-600 a session. There are better providers out there with less problems.

So here's an example - I texted a provider I had a bad experience with suggestions for improvement and - no response. i was extremely polite about it and perhaps honest and direct . I showed it to a few people to make sure I was not rude. I think providers will stop texting once they know future bookings will not be forthcoming.

in the United States ( where tipping is expected) , I expect the tip to cover this. Did the dude tip you? Its different if the guy didn't tip, but if its $5 let it slide, especially if you think there is potential for another appointment . Note providers : If asked for cab to or from I I generally won't tip. Even more so if its outside the US where its not really customary

Look at it this way, I am still very stung by this really bad experience i had last week. I have had to hire someone else i know who is good to cancel out the bad experience i had . i find myself doing that in the past. So for me now, its very important to make sure than encounters are top notch and great, otherwise it ends up costing me two encounters, the bad one that sucked, and the good one to replace i. If its an hourly appointment I would pay for the guys cab to and from thats it. If I was a provider, I would think of walking away from a bad appointment also, ( especially if its a new client ) if the client is alll drugged up . The consequences…… unless its a PNP/Chems appointment and everyone agrees

Not necessarily . I know people that do drink 3 bottles of wine for an evening . ( he actually recently passed at age 52 sadly ) . Dropped dead in his apartment. I can tell if someone is drunk / High / jumpy / tired . In hindsight what I should have done is send this one provider who arrived at my hotel in London slightly high ( and I could tell ) home with £100 for showing up . Less than the full going rate for two hours i booked . It would have been better than me feeling miserable about it after, and paying the full rate . Instead of going though with the appointment. He was hot and I wanted it so i paid him for his time and now I regret it. I hope @Jarrod_Uncutgot paid something for his trouble .

So I told him concisely what areas I think he can improve on. We’ll see . i think if anything that I learned from this experience, I will ask providers if they parTy & chems? Anyone that answers yes gets an automatic disqualifier. Also will ask personality questions , and expectations.

Devils advocate here : How have you handled negative feedback after initial appointment ? And would that cause you to stop responding?

I have taken providers to dinners off the clock ( in Brazil) with an established relationship. Multiple hires. Usually after the appointment . They love to be taken out to dinners. I don't mind.. One has exited the business, and I'm still friends with. In the US that might not fly, but in Europe it might. This same boy ( in Europe) asked me to get him a cab from his gym outside the center of the city, the Brazilian boys in Brazil did not do that. They got it themselves, i tipped a bit more to cover. At the end of the day these guys are hustlers…... @HoseMaster We need to be prepared to bail out of appointments as soon as the circumstances of the appointment change. Quickly. Sorry you got hosed! Now I don't feel so bad for the money I lost on this kid. My gut feeling is to walk away from all of this. Which I probably will. This particular European city has TONS of providers, that come and go.

I need more details here. - What movie did you watch? I wouldn't use him again. He burned the relation you had as a client - I feel like you should tell him that. I would. Be nice about it though . I feel like since he has a BF, his escorting days are winding down, he had to take one last hit at the golden goose. Its done. LA has lots of aspiring talent, I am sure you can find a replacement. No way I am going to repeat this 1200 mistake.

He's a nice kid this guy. He lives in a major city in Europe ( i won't mention which one ) where GHB, Tina and those 'chems' are part of a hiring scene. Very wealthy people hire a bunch of boys for a G party, and results in an overnight. Presumably he makes a lot of money doing this. He doesn't do Tina, but has taken part in G from what i know. Been in the business for a few years now, and told me the extent of it all, inescapable over there. The premium bookings tend to be like this. When he saw me for my appointment he was probably at the tail end of one of these parties and not at his best. A lot of time was spent on him waiting to get hard, getting limp etc, and taking a break. He was very nervous because he could tell it wasn't going well. The appointment left me disturbed days later, not only because I didn't get my monies worth ( It was not cheap) , I was worried for this boy. Call me a wimp, I am human. I won't be seeing him again for a hire, and told him that, but I offered to meet him either in his city ( where I will be there in a few months) or if he comes to my town( a major US city on the east coast) for a nice dinner / drinks off the clock. I do hire internationally when I travel and know what makes a good appointment and what makes a bad one, so I could offer advice. But mostly want to check up on him for my conscience. If the dinner goes well i may suggest a hire. We'll see. So In some ways I am taking a hybrid approach as suggested by @BuffaloKyle @uwsman2. If he's smart he'll take it seriously, now that Covid restrictions are winding down, I travel to this city on average 3-5 times a year. Its just across the Atlantic, and i have work/personal reasons to go there regularly - a potential regular. But in some ways I hope he doesn't take me up on the offier - that way I can just walk away and clear my conscience. He's an adult, despite his boyish looks, and is responsible for his own life.

Be nice . On the flip side I am sometimes concerned about the provider , esp in certain markets where “Chems” is a so prevalent. I’m thinking London specifically. We both need to be responsible people . clients want a good time , providers willing to perform

I’m like a fancy car - I require full service . This would include full BFE + no nonsense anal etc. Talking before and after. Otherwise I can just JO at home. Henry doesn't offer that which is fine, there is a market for what he is providing, probably from older gents.

I decided that i won't meet him again for an appointment but offered to take him to dinner ( on me of course) when he is in my city, off the clock. I enjoyed talking to him more than the actual sex, I suppose that happens. The best appointments are the ones where the sex was amazing ( all around) and he leaves, and I am obliged to make repeat appointments. Can't win them all.
