It is possible the years of abusing gear and party drugs may have screwed w/his head. They can make you paranoid or angry.

Huge 300 lb. (135 kg) bodybuilder Tony Maxim has died. He had a great personality and loved muscle worship so I am sure he was great as a "provider." I used to photograph him before he became an arrogant a-hole along w/his lover Dennis. The photograph of him huge was taken by me. I know some muscle fans hate the HGH roid gut look but he loved it and I find it totally hot! Many muscle fans probably don't like that appearance. Nevertheless it did give him a different "look" than more stereotypical providers and actor/models. For instance, if a role was for a powerlifter type or a circus strongman from 150 years ago he would probably get the gig ahead of a bunch of generic blonde bomber muscle dude clones. LA is full of them. I helped him make his website but the minute I would leave his life everything he did on his own w/self promo was just stupid. He even did shoots with that moron Claudio Cassinelli! Claudio's videos make me seasick! We both liked each other a lot but he made the mistake of telling me that in front of his jealous, insecure husband Dennis. Dennis spent every year of their lifelong relationship thinking they were going to break up at any minute! Weird. They had the most stable (3+ decades) Gay relationship I had ever seen. And yet they would bicker so much! Gone are the days he could autopilot a jumbo jet to another city, advertise ahead of time on provider websites and have clients during layover. Well, they got laid! He had to supplement his income as being a pilot, a complex job before autopilot, didn't pay like it used to. Then he would fly back to LA to the arms of his gorgeous tall bank mgr. lover Dennis and their foofy dog and classic cars they gave names to. I know extreme bodybuilding is unhealthy and they are on a lot of PEDs. But he is a real lesson on what NOT to do! 1. He was always on gear he never went off it! As a dealer he had access to all kinds of things both PED and party drug. I get testosterone cypionate from my dr. and inject small amounts weekly. I am fine on a maint dose! In fact, when Arnold was governator he technically paid for my testosterone as I got it free since I am HIV+! 2. He was always into being the hugest, and I mean 300 lbs.! It is unsustainable at his height. When he saw other 300 lb. giants he would bully them out of jealousy as if HE wanted to be the only big guy. Being huge was a big part of his identity. 3. He and his hubby were always doing non-meth party drugs at circuit parties where, apparently, the experience is so wonderful you HAVE to be on drugs. Uh huh. 4. When he stopped competing in bodybuilding shows he decided to get pec implants but the surgery was botched leaving him with arm damage so he could no longer do his day job FLYING JUMBO JET AIRPLANES! He lied to me (he did that a lot I now know) and said the surgery was not for silicone implants but to repair his previous bicep tear issues. He spent days in the ICU over this. (He had had a couple huge pec and bicep tears. This is where someone addicted to the painkillers produced by powerlifting works out so hard that the muscle becomes stronger than the connective tissue holding onto the bone. This tissue tears off when lifting too heavy.) Eventually I sent him a friendly email about getting some "gear" for a friend and he bad mouthed the guy and bad mouthed me so I sent him an angry email back and threw away the multiple emails he sent me. He was no longer the fun person I remembered more like roid raging now. SO when he and Dennis moved to TX because they could not afford CA with him not working (a common problem. LA is $$$$) I was glad. 5. Then the pigeons came home to roost in Austin TX as his kidneys stopped functioning from years over overdoing PEDs and party drugs. He could not get rid of calcium in his blood and developed calcium lumps up to 3 in. long which had to be surgically removed. More than once. Think blackboard chalk shaped like tumors. 6. Then he went on peritoneal dialysis which is so gross I won't discuss it. Much worse than regular dialysis's arm IV needles. Regular dialysis is what you need if your kidneys don't work right. Meds made him fall down a lot and get injured more. More hospital visits. How expensive. This is when health problems snowball. "We've started Peritoneal dialysis at home in the evenings as I sleep. To exacerbate matters I suffered a second fall a couple weeks ago, actually induced by side effects of the meds I'm taking which basically made me fall asleep while I was standing at the vanity getting ready for bed. Bashed my lower back up causing a minor fracture around the L2 and also a minor fracture in my big toe, from hyperextending it backwards as I fell. So, more and more pain to deal with in my Tragic story that is now my life." 7. Finally his life was spent in a wheelchair staring at the video output of their security camera watching the rest of the world go by. Or posting reminiscences of happier past times on Facebook. 8. Then he died. Of unchecked NARCISSIM! Don't get me wrong, a person with no narcissim would give you their liver and kidneys if you would just ask. Too little self worth! The problem is massive excesses of narcissim combined with an addictive personality. Although Tony had a great personality what I mean is he could easily get addicted to things like the pain of powerlifting, PEDs or party drugs. I realize now Tony Maxim was an overt narcissist (look at me look at me) while his lover Dennis was a covert narcissist (always the victim poor me). So they clicked into place permanently decades ago. I love the fact that Dennis is now old, alone and saddled with medical debt in a town where they probably don't know many people. Too bad he never let me photograph him at his peak. I would have loved to have had a three way with them (and I had sexual experiences w/Tony during our media shoots several times). But Dennis always said NO. He was so insecure he would not even allow me to photograph him no matter how I begged w/cam in hand. He didn't want Tony having recreational sex w/other men only him. This bugged Tony a lot as he was aware of his own mortality and the fleeting nature of good looks. And, as a provider, very hot guys would contact him just meet him. I found it weird Dennis apparently did not mind Tony's "Providing" but refused to have 3 ways with others guy as superhot as they were. Ooops. In short, narcissim kills. He did not need to be hugest. 275 lbs. (125 kg) is fine! Cycling on and off gear is the only way. You MUST cycle of anabolic steroids at times! OH, I ALMOST FORGOT, WHEN HE MOVED TO TX HE BECAME A REPUBLICAN, THE VERY PARTY THAT TRIED TO PREVENT HIS EVENTUALLY LEGAL GAY MARRIAGE TO DENNIS. So you see why I'm giving his existence a negative review INSTAGRAM KILLING BODBUILDERS AS THEY WON'T GO OFF GEAR BECAUSE THEY WOULD LOSE "LIKES": YOUTUBE VIDEO

Yes but in Dubai the closet cases are bound to be far far far more extreme. Closet cases in this day and age, esp. in NYC, are really lame people. But in UAE it is almost certainly the default mode.
