  1. My list is a mix of past successes, future aspirations, and eye candy.
  2. This made me laugh. Why? Because cash is THE thing, and usually THE only acceptable thing, but it's amazing how super duper cool an electronic transaction is when someone hits me up for an "advance" or a "loan". :D
  3. I haven't been using RM much lately and forgot to follow-up until I saw your thread comments. And yay, I got the free months too. That's a $29.85 stimulus payment.

  5. Ah poor Epi.....I sympathize with your urban plight. I love my country home sojourn far from the madness and dysfunction of the city. Wish you were here!
  6. Here's the link to the survey: Rentmen Survey Full disclosure: No kickbacks or insider dealing is associated with this promo. Just trying to help my forum mates get some free stuff!
  7. Guys, check your RM email. They are doing another survey asking for feedback and passing out 3 free premium months if you respond in the first 24 hours. The survey took a couple of minutes. They gave me 5 free months last year, so I figured why not grab it again.
  8. It's the same phenomenon with grindr. If you primarily arrange short sessions, you may not notice the deficiency, but guys, who are immersed in their grindr-life, or porn-life, or OF-life, are socially dysfunctional, extremely so, and cannot relate to socially adjusted human beings. It's the main reason that hiring for weekends and vacations has become a high risk activity.
  9. Your investment would not likely bring a return to your portfolio of happiness. Been there. Done that. I was hit up in last 2 weeks for cash by prior acquaintances. They didn't call it an advance or deposit. It came across as presumptuous and entitled. I didn't bother to respond.
  10. what's the point? unless you have a kinky PPE fetish?
  11. There are still plenty of guys "working", including some forum faves. People are people......
  12. 401k plans vary widely. Some have limited investment options, outsized fees, and industry-lagging performance. These things matter. You should consider these issues when you make your decision.
  13. Am I the only one who doesn't have the runs?
  14. Ah, good ole "credit". I had another "credit" request yesterday from someone I met only once about 2 months ago and haven't communicated since. Extending credit turns everything for the worse; even a request for it begins to sour everything. I can think of 5 guys off the top of my head who have never attempted to make good on their promises to me, which is why I told the guy "No" yesterday when he made his pitch.
  15. I'm a buster.....AKA Gen X And the last GI generation I personally knew passed away a few months ago when one of my dad's older siblings departed our world.
  16. I am occasionally ghosted. There are many reasons why that happens which have nothing to do with the respectful approach I use to reel them in. I brush it off and move along.
  17. RM goes offline alot for about 5 minutes or so. I usually notice it when I log back on after a few days away and spend an hour or so searching through new ads or videos. The site usually goes dead for a few minutes during my "research".
  18. He looks fun, eh? :D
  19. Congrats on investing your earnings and managing debt wisely. Man oh man, that's hot!
  20. I'm showered, presentable, on-time, respectful, and honor the terms of the agreement. What more could any provider possibly want from me? :D
  21. If I am pushing the limit of my "hobby" budget, or not into the provider to justify a repeat, or just not interested in hobbying at the moment, "NO" still works just fine. I'm a simple guy with a simple lifestyle who splurges on a couple of indulgent pleasures, but if guys want perks and extravagances from me, they'll quickly learn that I will not feed their pretenses. The OP seems to be a mighty fine client and providers are fortunate when he schedules a session with them.
  22. Some guys work harder to fake them than to provide them (e.g. 5 star experiences). A provider that I never contacted or met hit me up today and asked me to fake a 5 star review for him on RM. More details: he has over 80 "reviews" on RM, and 49 of the last 50 are 5 star. Good, good times.
  23. Last week in Vegas
  24. I clicked it. Nothing happened. It's just an on-screen nuisance.
  25. 35k ruined his life? 50k might have been lethal.
