  1. Texting.......<sigh>.......is for hashing out details and confirmations, anything else can easily go off the rails, especially with someone that you lack sufficient face-time to know them and their personality. With guys I know well, I can read the text, and I can "read" the unwritten intent too.
  2. The most stunning and surprising providers were those who never made a name in this biz. They met a quick financial need and departed or tried out the hobby then realized that it just wasn't for them. But four gorgeous guys come to mind, from Ohio, Philly, DC, and Atlanta. They were diamonds in the rough. But the risk-reward has turned, and taking chances on unknowns is more likely to produce a dud meeting than 8-10 years ago.
  3. In November, I noticed a place across the street from where I was staying. There were several handsome attendants always standing outside drumming up business, so one afternoon, I was walking by and thought "hell, why not?" The place was dingy; definitely not a spa, but they let me choose which room I wanted, and the sheets and towels were clean. I also selected which masseur I wanted. It was only $25+tip for an hour, and it was a damn good massage. Nothing extra happened, but I didn't want that and had no issues with the bodywork I received.
  4. Hammerin' Hank had a compact swing and flicked his wrists. Others did it, hit well, and won batting titles like Rod Carew and Tony Gwynn, but Aaron hit for average and power. #3 all-time games played #3 all-time in hits #2 all-time in homeruns* (Braves' fans will always asterisk that record because of the Bond's controversy) #4 all-time runs scored #1 all-time RBIs #1 all-time total bases 16 90+ RBI seasons 8-40+ homer seasons 7-30+ homer seasons 21-time all star After his playing days, he was a Braves' front office executive and icon of the city. He distinguished himself in every aspect of life. Every word he spoke was thoughtful and purposeful. He kindly offered to all of us the wisdom and life lessons of a gentleman. RIP to Atlanta's greatest sports' legend.
  5. In the first 10 years, that our world is filled with many awesome, talented men. In the second 10 years, that many men have received no ROI from a college education.
  6. In that decade, I traveled extensively for the hobby. My top travel destinations were Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale for the quality and breadth of the marketplace, as I perceived it then. Not one trip was ever wasted. Good times!!! In contrast, I have wasted several trips in the past 5 years, which is why I rarely do it now. I'm no longer interested in trying to recreate the success of the good ole days.
  7. Immoral? Nay. Words that might describe this hobby.....spiritual, divine, charismatic, charitable, soul-satisfying, cleansing.....practically a church service. ?

    TIPPING

I don't recall being asked for a tip. If it happened, it wasn't memorable. A few guys have tried to re-negotiate the terms of our meeting, while in session, which is the equivalent of asking for a tip. I handled each case with my usual charm and grace. I informed them that they can count on me to be a man of my word. I concluded those sessions, and they never heard from me again.

    Heisman 2020

Congrats to DeVonta Smith, winner of the 2020 Heisman. Lawrence finished second in the voting, Jones third, and Trask fourth.
  10. I just ran the performance metrics on my trading account yesterday, and beat the S&P again, now 17 of the previous 19 years. Most of that success is due to purchases during and immediately after the rout, when many were panicking out of their stocks. I took profits during the end of the year rally, especially the final week of 2020 and now, I am significantly underweight the stock market relative to the previous 5 years.
  11. I'm a value guy too, and yes, I have caps that are firm. No one in this world has enough sensual appeal that would cause me to make an exception. Interesting, while the cost-of-living has risen during my hiring career, my limits have declined, primarily because the overall quality on RM has diminished and the odds of win-win meetings are lower than 10 or 20 years ago.
  12. Simple logic, my forum friends..... grindr = ????? rentmen = grindr rentmen = ????? where ????? = "who knows?"

    Heisman 2020

Who cares about stats or wins/losses? Let's meet the finalists..... Matt Jones Trevor Lawrence DeVonta Smith Kyle Trask
  14. Attaboy Epigonos! I'm right there with you. Palm Springs or bust!
  15. Due to the grindr-ization of RM in recent years, I have had equal or greater success arranging win-win meetings on other platforms over RM. Plus, I have a long track record of success taking chances on potential value plays.
  16. Alright! Another suggestion, take a look at your profile when you return home after a trip. On a couple of occasions, the goofy RM system has incorrectly re-set my permanent location to my last travel city.
  17. Some providers get panicky to be seen in public with a client on or off the clock. I have had to calm down a couple of guys on different occasions when we ran into their acquaintances while dining out. I say, "relax man, I've got you covered." While with a provider, I have run into friends multiple times, even in cities far from home (it's a small world, eh?); panic has never been my response. I guess I'm comfy with who I am and what I do.
  18. You can do that. I have posted travel cities/dates numerous times on my profile.
  19. It's a fine holy-day in coastal Jawja. Just finishing up my contribution to the family feast later today.....those hot pecan pies smell yummy. Happy Christmas to all!
  20. Since alot of providers have brought their grindr tactics into the business world, I have no problem playing along now. My body is transforming.....I'm 5-11, 165, 31w, lightly hairy, muscled/athletic build, 8.5 cut and thick, bubble butt, completely versatile and killer looks. Not bad for a 54yo, eh?
  21. If a provider accepts a mutually agreed stipend, he's a performer. If that provider creates a satisfying encounter for me, he's a damn good one.
  22. I prefer and practice discretion for myself and companions. In the past year, a provider, who I know is protective of his personal life, unwittingly exposed his real name to me in one of our communications. I pointed it out to him and how it happened so that he could take action in the future to better protect his identity.
  23. This question brings to mind a really fun encounter many years ago.
  24. While BVB and I lived very different lives, we developed a kinship because of this hobby. When we met, that kinship was affirmed, such a nice guy.
  25. Contradictions/inconsistencies do not occur in isolation. If there's one, there will be another and another.
