He is real, what you see in the photos is what you get. He is cute, charming, adorable, has a beautiful smile, beautiful eyes and lips, he is all around hot.

I did none of that. If your social media profil is public and someone post photos of one of your social media platform on a forum but you can’t prove damages you have no case. It could be annoying for the person and they can get the photo removed. It certainly doesn’t fall into the invasion of privacy. 
Homeboy posts semi naked photos on all social media platform and also on Rentmen, showing his face. I posted a photo where he is fully dressed.
