Do you know what invasion of privacy means? These are the four types of invasion of privacy: 1. Intrusion upon seclusion 2. Appropriation of a person's name or likeness 3. If your social media profil is public and someone post photos of one of your social media platform on a forum but you can’t prove damages you have no case. It could be annoying for the person and they can get the photo removed. It certainly doesn’t fall into the invasion of privacy. Homeboy posts semi naked photos on all social media platform and also on Rentmen, showing his face. I posted a photo where he is fully dressed. I would agree if he wouldn’t show his face on his ad like many escorts that value their privacy but that’s not the case for him.
