color me skeptical... photos lead to this guy who was apparently on a  Spanish show called "Isla de las Tentaciones"... several of the ad photos are old pics from his instagram, which now shows him with a woman and baby, not based in the U.S.:

i met him during his previous trip to DC (mid-2023) and can highly recommend him. happy to answer any questions... i didn't realize he was coming back across the pond, very excited to hear that!

totally agree with Cliff's take above. when i see it i usually interpret two things from it: 
1/ they're allegedly negative but may not test as frequently, compared to someone who's on PrEP gets tested at minimum every 3 months. 
2/ i take it as an indirect signal that they aren't as open to barebacking (compared to someone on PrEP who might list 'Ask Me' or 'Anything Goes').... it's a more anecdotal observation, but i've found it to be the case more often than not.

i met him about a month ago (end of July) while i was in town and had a great time. as others have mentioned he's a friendly down to earth guy, super personable to talk with, and the bedroom experience was just as good. will definitely see him again when i'm back in the city
