Yes, but I have only made the offer for extending another hour if the hour has come near and end and we both seem to be having a good time and also depending on the escort. It's not like it had planned for two hours or even expect to want to spend another hour with the escort originally. I have never considered trying this with more "popular" or Porn Star status escorts. It really has been a few select men at particular moments. And in no case was it ever intended nor perceived to be low-browing them of bidding below their status. It wasn't like @socurious mentioned asking to blow them for $100 bucks.
