It definately bears takeing due caution and seeing how this law gets used. I'd expect to see some publicity seeking sheriffs start setting up sting operations targeting johns. I'm not sure how'd they use it to harass providers on RM, but if it's intended to target pimps you might see an AG try to go after the site or try to charge providers under some interpretation of that part of it.
