  1. Can you imagine what their child would look like with those two sets of genes:):)
  2. Interesting vote by Congressperson Omar. She just could not bring herself to condemn Turkey. She only saves her condemnations for Israel and various Western countries. Not sure how big the Armenian vote is back in her district but I think she lost it:) https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/ilhan-omar-faces-blowback-after-voting-present-armenian-genocide-resolution-n1073991
  3. I know a couple of escorts who had stalkers who were obsessive about wanting to marry them. Once the stalker knew their real name, the problems intensified. In one case, the stalker even went so far as to hire a wedding planner:(:(
  4. It depends on what expenses you are covering. About 15-20 years ago, three of us “gentlemen” were covering the tuition and living expenses of a student at NYU for a few years until he graduated. As I recall, it was several thousand dollars a month. For those of you who have good memories, the young man was “Matthew” at the Gaiety before we enabled him to go to NYU. Movie star handsome, very smart, great in bed and a wonderful personality.
  5. My father lived in a Continuum of Care Community in Dana Point (he was in independent living there). Near by was a senior center on Del Obispo just west of Coast Highway. On Sundays, they had a bus that would leave about 10:00AM and go up to LA for afternoon performances of the symphony and other cultural things. They would stop for lunch before the event and then after the event on the way home, stop for dinner. They would arrive back home about 7:30m or so. (Also, buses to the casinos!!). Occasionally, my father would take the train down to San Diego for cultural events and theater performances. In addition to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, the Barclay theatre at UC Irvine has some decent things. For museum shows, an outing to LA is a nice event. I have gone to the Getty and by making it an over night trip, it is easy to see a few museum shows on one trip. it is not like NYC where you can walk or just hop into an Uber and have a choice of dozens of museum shows but the small effort can be worth while.
  6. I use to travel to Asia on business regularly. Often, I would take a couple of vacation days on the way over. I would stay in Santa Monica because it was close to LAX and was a great place. There is a bicycle path along the beach so I could bicycle up to Malibu (past Will Rogers Beach) and down past Venice. Ordering an escort was as easy as ordering room service. Great restaurants within a few minutes. In recent years, it is as @Epigonos described. While there were always a few homeless and aging, drugged out hippies who never left the 1960’s, in recent years, the problems have exploded. It has gotten to the point, I no longer go there. The Santa Monica-Venice homeless problem is out of control. Not sure when @WilliamM was there last. It is no longer the great place to visit it once was.
  7. One of the great escorts told me his trick with “full size clients” who just could not get themselves clean as you state was to suggest they start the session with a hot, playful, sexy time in the shower. Without telling them why he wanted to start with shower play, the client would have a fun time and he would have a clean client.
  8. Polite conversation:):)
  9. Having volunteered at a continuum of care facility for decades, I do not recall anyone wanting to leave their home and move into any institution with great enthusiasm. It is a matter of necessity. It is not just physical necessity like transfer from wheelchair to bed/toilet but often memory loss. For example, assisted living facility staff dispenses all drugs; people often forget to take their medications on time or even forget they took them and double dose. Where I volunteer they use to manage a Section 8 independent living building with 200 plus apartments; people would forget they had something on the stove and start a fire or start to fill the bathtub and forget and the tub would overflow. Assisted living can provide a good measure of safety as our memories start to fail.
  10. I do not remember the name of the store but there was a store in Chicago’s loud that specialized in big and tall men’s quality clothing. I spent an evening with the owner decades ago and one of his main group’s of clients was professional athletes like football and basketball players. He sold to them all over the country because his store was known for quality.
  11. Watching porn!! What kind of pervert are you? To the best of my knowledge, no one else posting on this site has ever watched porn so the rest of us here are safe from that scam. :)
  12. In addition to the cholesterol and fat issues, look at the sodium :(
  13. My mother resisted moving into a CCC. Fought tooth and nail to stay in the home she loved. However, after living there for six months and realizing how it made her life easier, she confessed she should have done it a year or two earlier.
  14. Seems like an apartment community with limited services. No assisted living, skilled nursing or memory care. Some limited meal service. https://fountaingrovelodge.com/
  15. There have been a few attempts to create a gay senior continuum of care campus. To my personal knowledge, none have worked out. Because of my involvement in the one in Kansas City, I was recruited to help with one in San Francisco about 20 years ago but nothing ever came if it. A Google search finds a place or two but little other information.
  16. Ad is back up. https://rent.men/BrandonEvansXXX Phone number listed is a local area code.
  17. Depends on the community. The one in Laguna Beach has a 20 year land lease. That particular community has a club house and community pool. The free Laguna Trolley Bus stops right there for transportation. It is in a short walking distance to a shopping center with a drug store, grocery, restaurants, etc and many residents have little golf carts rather than cars to go to the center. Great weather all year long and fresh ocean breezes for clean air. For Orthodox Jews, that house is just steps away from a Chabad House! For gays, that mobile home community is just a short walk to West Beach, the gay beach with lots of eye candy.. If the walk to the gay beach is too far, it is just the second Trolley stop away:)
  18. One solution to aging and requiring different physical living accommodations is a senior living complex that is a “continuum of care” facility. These communities have independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and “memory care”. They come in all price ranges and offer all of the services you need from transportation, housekeeping, meals, medical care, etc. This lets you age in the same city where you have family or friends. This lets you age in familiar surroundings. In these communities, partners/spouses can be close but in different living levels. People actually move back and forth across the levels: a person in independent living breaks a hip, moves temporarily to skilled nursing, then assisted living with rehab and then finally back to independent living.
  19. In Kansas, we call that type of home: “a double wide.” It is a mobile home with a bump out. It is inexpensive because it is a mobile home and not a conventionally built house. They can be nice and livable. If you want a mobile home at that price, how about one in Laguna Beach with an ocean view. The beach is just across the street. Ruby’s is about 50 yards away with a 10% senior discount: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/30802-Coast-Hwy-SPC-A7-Laguna-Beach-CA-92651/2100168842_
  20. I suggest: Brandon Evans Tyler Roberts Jack Stack Barbecue
  21. Gays are well accepted around there. Just a few minutes away is Strong City and Cottonwood Falls. As you come into town, there is a florist with a big rainbow flag out front. In town, everyone knows everyone and who is partners with whom. Very live and let live.
  22. I remember standing in Times Square and just in awe at the huge size Mark Wahlberg in his Calvin Klein’s. Now, it seems that the company is taking a different route. https://nypost.com/2019/08/31/calvin-klein-is-using-plus-size-models-to-reinvent-its-brand/
  23. I talked to Alex a couple of days ago. Each weekend grows in attendance. Still working out details to make it a well know national venue. Word of mouth is building the business: a great gay dance club is emerging. After the Summer ends (with its heat), he expects the national convention crowd that comes to Vegas to add to the crowds at the club. Alex is doing most of his own website work and it is a question of time. I hope he gives it some attention soon.
  24. How often do you change? Daily here. https://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/ny-change-underwear-tommyjohn-survey-20190815-2jmi33jahvbi3eytrtpfydzxqm-story.html
