Depends on the community. The one in Laguna Beach has a 20 year land lease. That particular community has a club house and community pool. The free Laguna Trolley Bus stops right there for transportation. One solution to aging and requiring different physical living accommodations is a senior living complex that is a “continuum of care” facility.
