This is really insane.  How much money does that guy spend on RM ads????  Does he get a refund when RM takes down his multiple ads, one after another? I doubt it very much.

Being NYC such a huge market with many clients wiling to blow thousands in escort services in a few hours, my guess is that these scams must be really profitable, otherwise it wouldn't justify the persistence to appear again, and again, and again. It kind of makes sense because being RM the most reliable platform in the market with photo verification and etc, the newbie or average client will think: "Oh, a new guy and so hot. If it's on RM it must be real."  Basically this loser is a parasite of RM's prestige in the market.

Thank you @lonely_john! I recognize a lot of these guys. Did you report this to Rentmen? I reported this ad this morning, unfortunately it is taking them a long time to take it down. One would think they would have recognized these images as they have been used at least a dozen times already. Rentmen really needs to get their shit together & keep a database of fraudulent pictures.

    I just reported him.

  3. He finds so many of these attractive men because he's extracting the pictures from a dedicated IG account that shows many of these guys, according to Yandex. Here is the IG account where he's finding all the pics: https://www.instagram.com/arab.men.you.would.like.to/

@Lazarus, this is the specific IG account that contains the pictures he used for this new ad: https://www.instagram.com/aziz.salharbi/

That's the link that I'm going to use to report him.

  4. Lyft drivers are known for their flakiness and Uber for their sometimes abusive rates thanks to their market share which means that they have more drivers than Lyft. As @RJDsaid, most of them work for both companies. So I think when a Lyft driver cancels your ride, he's probably taking another ride on Uber to charge more for his time. Pretty much what our beloved providers also do, haha! I also like the Lyft app better but my 1st choice is always Uber because they take less time to get to you (another advantage of having more drivers in any given area), they cancel less frequently; but there are times when I've tried to book a ride for a not so distant location late at night and then Uber goes bananas (assuming that passengers are in need and willing to pay more) and shows me crazy rates of $40 to $60 for a ride that would normally cost $10 to $15. I say "Fuck It!" so I open Lyft and find that they have a cheaper rate and book them. They might charge less but one is also taking the risk of being ghosted by the driver. While I wait for my Lyft I check the Uber App again and I see that they lowered the rate and it's then a few cents cheaper than Lyft. These companies are really competitive.

  5. Many respected members of the forum came to his defence as well. What happened with Daddy was an unfortunate episode that doesn't reflect what others think about his service, and probably only he and Daddy knew the details of what really happened. He has 25 5-star reviews on Rentmen. He's not my cup of tea but in summary, he's a good provider. Let Daddy RIP and leave the young man alone.

  6. A post like this one should be pinned on The Lounge and the Deli sections, which are the most visited, so most new clients learn about this when they come to this forum for the first time.

I also checked the pictures of the RM ad and they belonged to a deceased Twitter account with name "TONY" which could indicate that the pics are real but the guy is trying to delete his digital footprints, so he probably successfully scammed other clients who might be looking for him.

I've been approached by talent in places where RM has no coverage. My profile stands out, and usually its quite glaring : Foreigner, American , etc

How do you identify who might be talent?  And how does one even bring up the subject.

If you use the search feature of the forum using the keyword Grindr you will find a couple of very long threads about Grindr ettiquete and do's and don'ts.

If anyone has the time, please write up a best practices manual on how to court talent from Grindr and SA. I don't know where to even begin.

IF! ... you begin. In my experience with Grndr, even the ones that charge will ask for a picture and could discriminate, harshly.

My expectations about SA have always been low because I'm not interested in paying thousands a month to someone who might not always be in the mood to have fun. And many times when you are prospecting, some of the SBs will also ghost or flake on you. It requires an awful lot of time, mental, and emotional energy invested in back and forth communications with several guys until you find a match and it can take some months until you find one.

I've had much better look and less time wasted on Rentmasseur and Rentmen, and especially on Rentmasseur you can find providers for $200 or less if you are into erotic massages as well.

Honestly, I didn't feel even remotely sexual for weeks.  It's only after 4-5 weeks that the old levels of horniness started to reassert themselves.  It's tough to think sexually when almost everything you do -- sitting down, standing up, walking, laughing, jerking off -- is painful.  And in these days of the opioid epidemic, it's awful tough to get pain meds from your doc, so there is a great deal of gritting teeth involved.

Do you think the current looks of the surgery area are worth the 5 weeks of pain?

When you see it now does it look better and it gives your more self confidence?

At the risk of sharing too much, I will offer this -- I recently underwent a hemmorhoidectomy, and it was BY FAR the most physically painful and unpleasant experience I have ever been through.    Ever.   Picture a medieval torture dude in a mask with lots of scary implements.   I did it for primarily for cosmetic reasons and had I understood what the experience would be I would not have done it.  As this is a family site I'll not detail, but PM if you are curious and have a strong stomach.

Very sorry to hear that.  Years ago a friend of mine had that procedure and was in LOTS of pain afterward, so much so that he regretted it.

Does the pain go away eventually? If so, how long does it usually take to go away? I would assume that strong pain management medications are used during recovery? Hopefully the pain doesn't stay with the patient forever ...

  11. Hi @Merboy Been there done that. I've read many of your posts on this forum and at risk of sounding rude I must strongly recommend you to look for therapy and counselling. I've frequently sensed a subtle but creepy depression in many of your vents here and it's just not healthy. We can give you as much advice as we can in here but every person is a different world that needs tailored assistance in this kind of situations. I went through the same problem long time ago and it was only through therapy that I could understand why I felt the way I felt and what to do about it. I think the best advice on this thread was given to you by @Rudynatebut it's not a matter of just receiving the advice. You have to find your own way to internalize it and incorporate it in your mind, as mindsets don't change overnight. It takes time, patience and effort. One must learn to accept rejection, as it's part of life, and know that what others think about you does not define your worth. And please, oh please, stop looking for a partner ONLY on Grindr or other gay hookup apps, or gay bars, which have become their physical replica. They're the worst for your current state of mind. I truthfully wish that you find happiness and content with yourself and hopefully, one day, a partner. It's possible. Don't give up.
