Some providers have figured out "more clients" is not always the best business plan. Why would a provider prefer to see three clients per day to make the same amount of money as just seeing two? And don't forget that there is a market of wealthy men who find a expensive provider whose business model is based on seeing fewer clients per week significantly more [hygienically] attractive than a provider who sees multiple clients a day.

lol.  As if it's a binary choice between hiring and romance!!!  😉 What about boredom, geographic proximity, convenience of having matching schedules at the gym or supermarket, exercise sessions to workout hard to reach muscle groups, professional workshopping to exchange industry topical knowledge and/or trade secrets, voodoo, blackmail, or international espionage as prime motivators???

YES, totally agree. Listing city is meaningless, unless people also expect to create international laws forbidding providers to travel.

Well I never use this forum as the primary source of browsing page. Instead would go to RM to search for providers in my area, identify providers i am interested in and only then run those providers' RM's handle names using the 'search' feature in this forum simply to check if any thread on those providers posted here for references. 
Seems to me that would be much more efficient than going through this forum to identify providers in my area.

No, it would not be easier. That’s the point. In the example used, it would be necessary to search lots and lots of unnecessary providers to find their location, which they identify on their RM page an OP could use when posting here.
