I didn't realize that the Hippocratic Oath, The American Institute of Architects Code of Ethics, or state bar regulations for attorneys have clauses that direct professionals to overlook unethical behavior by their peers, smile weakly, and hope it goes away. The only difference is that professionals are often terrified of doing the right thing when they could be ostracized by their peers; that doesn't mean the ethics are any different.

I think some guys do and some guys don't provide a memorable experience. A wise consumer cannot identify that from the provider's rate -- but can begin to identify that rather through careful reading of ads, thoughtful communication and questions beforehand, and close study of Company of Men. The quality of the experience, be it great or poor, often has absolutely no relationship with the listed rate,be it high or low.

One solution would be to have a small group where at least two of the other guys you hire are GREAT kissers. The driver and cameraman get the OF payout: each get some percentage in perpetuity of the fees paid to watch the videos. A driver who can spot "talent" and a cameraman who can focus and offer a helping hand when necessary ("Turn sideways so I can get a better angle!"
