I believe Simon mentioned PrEP only if it is advisable according to your health... -
Doxy PEP Offers Alternative To Condoms
CuriousByNature replied to TruthBTold's topic in Men's Health
I'm definitely not a mathematician. If PrEP is 99% effective, doesn't that mean if a person on PrEP has intercourse 100 times with positive partners who are not undetectable, it almost guaranteed they will contract HIV even if they are staying true to a PrEP regime? Since PrEP is effective 99/100 times? What is the incidence of infection if PrEP and condoms are used? I don't remember how to calculate that properly. -
Me: "Nope, it runs on gasoline" Is it any surprise I'll be an 80 year-old virgin if I manage to live that long? 🤣

Some of the posts in this thread make my eyes roll to the back of my head, and not in a good way. A provider is not responsible for the health outcomes of their clients. It strikes me as ridiculous that websites even include HIV status as a descriptor, because there is no way for someone having frequent encounters to be absolutely sure they are negative or undetectable 100% of the time, even if they were to be tested daily. I think the most honest thing a provider can do is leave that question blank, which also puts the onus back on the client to determine the level of risk they wish to assume. If seeing the words 'negative on prep' causes a client to take unnecessary risks and forget about safety, that decision is on them. The profiles on RM are advertisements, not sworn affidavits.

I've heard that Toulon is a nice place to retire - not sure if that is true or not.

$997 million would be amazing, but I know I could live VERY well on much less than 1% of that. I think it would be immensely pleasurable and fun to spend the rest of your life giving 99% of the jackpot away to those who need it even more - and maybe not have to hire security 24/7 as well. If I didn't live so many hours from the border I would probably pop across and buy a ticket whenever the jackpot grew massive like that.

Sadly, there seems to be a lot of disrespectful people out there and a general lack of decency at times. It's unfortunate both those experiences turned out that way.

Two different profiles for the same person?

Just like the thread "Old enough to remember" there should be one called "Young enough to understand".... I'm not yet 50 but I guess I'm too old to have any idea what what the post is about... hahaha.

Now THAT'S a headline you don't see everyday!

Unfortunately the larynx of a manatee only allows for squeaks and squeals. There was no possibility for him to use his safe word. An unavoidable tragedy 😥 -
It's been reported that a new world record has likely been set for the highest sea temperature. A buoy off of Manatee Bay near the Florida Keys recorded a water temperature five feet below the surface of 101.1F (38.4C) on Monday night, after recording 100.2F (37.9C) the night before. The previous record of 99.7F (37.6C) was recorded in Kuwait Bay back in 2020.

She was a very troubled individual and an abuse survivor. There is never any reason for being hateful, but she had some serious issues going on. She did not seem to have a filter and would often backtrack and apologize for things she said or wrote shortly after. As for the horrible post about white people or non-Muslims, she later clarified that she was trying to get herself kicked off Twitter, or whatever platform that was posted on. Sadly, she often was provocative in a way that hurt people, and I think that goes back to the saying that 'hurt people hurt people'. I doubt anyone understood the darkness she must have lived with - I was never a fan, and was revolted by certain things she said, but I have tried to see how much of her actions and words evidently came from a place of profound pain.

I don't know. She's taller than me, so she has that advantage. Well maybe no longer..

Hopefully people are just very busy. But I wonder if the nastiness that is often part of some posts might be a reason to no longer engage - life can be negative enough as it is. I really find absences disappointing because many of the enlightened posts came from providers, and reading dialogue between providers gave an insight into their experiences and dynamics. Much more than ad copy or photos can offer. I'm glad to see some still post regulary and I enjoy what they write even if I don't always agree with what is written. I respect them. I only hope others like AnthonyPhilly and the masseur Kenzo, might return to post again. Each seemed to have a level of kindness that came through their posts. I also wish BigDale the client would return one day because I found him to be no-nonsense and hilarious in many of his online interactions. I haven't been on the forum long enough to be harkening back to the 'glory days'...lol

I suggest providers start travelling with portable CT scanners and a variety of sliderules to determine what possibilities may exist from client to client. If a polyp happens to be located perhaps part of the visit could be billed to insurance...lol. And the accompanying CT technician could be called upon for four-hand masages or other activities better undertaken as a group. CTs do create a lot of radiation but are pretty quiet. MRIs don't create the radiation but are very noisy and could easily wake the neighbours. I've evidently overthought this, haven't I?

Have you been pooping wrong your whole life?

At first I read that you put your grandkids under your feet, and thought, "TMI, but some families are obviously closer than others" -
Does that mean I shouldn't remove the paper bag I normally wear over my head when I leave the house?

Agreed. And I think the other factor is that the criminal proceedings did not meet the burden of proof required to convict, which would have been beyond a reasonable doubt on an objective level. But whether or not he is a sleaze bag is purely subjective for most people, and society rarely uses the criminal standard in its assessment of those accused of things like assault. In the public eye I doubt the standard even rises to the level of a balance of probabilities, whether it was more likely than not that an assault took place, which would be the standard used if a civil proceeding against Spacey takes place. In any case, whether he was guilty of anything or not, these events will follow him wherever he goes. He will always be known as the actor who was accused of (blank).

I was born long after the movie came out, and never read the play or saw the show... but when I traveled to Spain I knew that I should avoid the plain because of the rain.

Is that an endorsement for Aiden? Is there more info you are willing to share? Thanks

The Irish singer's family announced her death today, but no cause was indicated. What is known is that she had been struggling deeply since the death of her son last year due to suicide. May she RIP.

I've never had the opportunity to explore Queens. But whenever I think of it I think of Flushing, and whenever I think of Flushing....

Perhaps those aren't the calves he's referring to. Maybe for the 90 minute option he will also massage your baby cow, if you have one. You know, turn it into Wagyu beef.
