I could talk for hours about this topic. I lived in Japan for 10 years. It’s an entirely different dynamic over there when it comes to hiring a gentleman companion.
There are a few Japanese equivalents of RM, but if I were you, I wouldn’t even bother. Unless you speak and read Japanese, of course, but even then these are mostly college students and wayward former youths looking for money to buy PlayStations. A more discerning type of client will not find them appealing.
Instead, agencies are the way to go. And even then, “agency” is not the right word. It’s more of a “shop” from which you order delivery. There are many to choose from. (DM me and I can give a quick crash course in the niche Japanese vocabulary that will make choosing easier.) My all-time favorite, however, is a shop called Monster (link below). It’s literally a shop that specializes in male escorts (straight, gay, bi) with giant endowments. And lest preconceived notions of Asian male size convince you that I must be joking, there are PICTURES on the website. Monsters, indeed.

Once I could login, there was a bunch of things wrong on the current server to the point it was just easier to pickup everything on the current site and move it to somewhere I control and know how to support.
 
This was literally trying to pickup and move everything while everything was on fire, so it was not "perfect". I had to do a bunch of crazy stuff to get things working. There are still a bunch of things I still need to fix, but at least we're back in a "mostly working" state!!

Funny...the reason I made an appointment to see him today was because of his tattoos. To each, his own. I saw that he had a few bad reviews on RM, but he had enough positive ones for me to take a risk. He communicated well and it was easy to set up the appointment. He doesn't speak much English (GoogleTranslate helped). He's mostly (completely?) straight, he looked like death warmed over when he opened the door (just like his pics, though, but after a very rough night), and in the end, in spite of our best efforts, he couldn't perform. He was very apologetic, told me that he had a fever the day before and was still exhausted, and gave me back the money I'd left out for him. My departure was cordial and I told him to contact me if he feels better. After I got home, I wanted to check something in his profile, and I discovered he'd blocked me! I didn't know one could do that on RM, but I think perhaps he's gotten enough bad reviews that he might proactively block people he has less-than-positive experiences with so he doesn't get any more. Can't win 'em all!
