When you look at race as a fetish, you begin to cross over to the offensive/racism side. BBC isn't a race. What's funny about Liking Asians? Liking or disliking hairy guys or even bottoming is completely different from liking or disliking skin color.

    1. They're less generous? But the provider sets the rate, they're expecting a tips? ?
    2. More demanding? Or just express their discontent with poor service? ?

Not trying to change the subject, but interesting enough those two misconceptions are used in probably every industry as reason why a business choose to either provide no service or poor service to blacks. "They don't tip, they expect too much from us." Which is sad but not true for everyone who is black. Something negative a black person does gets deemed as the rule for all blacks, but if it was something positive, it's deemed an exception not the rule.

Well we didn't really have deep conversations ?. He had an accent & now that I think about it, it would make sense that English isn't his first language. But there wasn't a communication problem. Tbh, how well he speaks English isn't on my radar when it comes to rating my experience with him. I think he's mediterranean or middle eastern.

I can confirm that he is even hotter in person than the pictures. He gave me the same advance line about personal hygiene in re: kissing -- I showed up literally having just brushed my teeth and otherwise clean too, but he said he didn't kiss "because of the virus."

I had also texted that I like to ease in slowly, not get undressed immediately, etc., but he either ignored all that or hadn't understood it. (His English in person was spotty both as spoken and in understanding me.)

So . . . mixed experience, I guess. Not sure I'd rebook unless I was feeling very eager and no other hot prospects were available.

No, I agree with you. I'm not saying the studies aren't true. People really have that misconception, it's rooted in racism. But just because a lot of people believe something don't make it a fact.

I always disclose my basic stats (black, shorter in height, not inshape, my age) kind of in the same manner I would if I was going to meet up with a random person on Grindr. I want to give the provider the chance to opt out, before an appointment is confirmed, if I don't meet their requirements as a client. I have had some providers say it isn't an issue or they don't judge clients by looks, but during the session I felt otherwise. They seem in a rush, not engaged or interested, or now they don't do certain activities. So disclosing won't always help you avoid those providers who let their personal biases get in the way of their business.

I don't do it because I'm embarrassed or asking them for a favor to take me on as a client, We're both are providing something the other wants. But I do it help ensure I have an enjoyable time. I rather be turned down in advance vs at the door or they go through with the booking and it isn't an good time.

I don't go into many gay spaces or even Pride anymore because I've seen so much discrimination in the gay community, more there, than when I used to spend summers in small country town in Mississippi as a teen. It's like an ugly, not often spoken about truth of the gay community.

I would definitely recommend being open and upfront about any thing you have concerns about. For example, I am average shape with a gut. I always share with a potential provider that I am self-conscious that my body will turn them off. Some have chosen to pass, others have given me reassurance. I wouldn't want to show up expecting a certain experience and then be rejected or subjected to a 'pity fuck' where its obvious he just wants to get off/get me off and get the hell out. You will both be happier if you agree up front on a pleasing experience.

Yes, agree with the sentiment that 'discrimination is not cool', but candidly, as 'customers' of service providers, we are discriminating against them all the time - top, bottom, cut, uncut, hairy, twink, bear, muscle, age, height, dick size, tattoos, etc, etc. The nature of service search choices (like RM) is discrimination. I don't want to say turnabout is 'fair play' but it is the nature of the service we are engaging in. Men can't easily fake it with a limp dick, especially if they are a top.

We don't live in an ideal world and we all should try to navigate our way to happiness, so I would advise being direct about what you want and who you are. Then use reviews and this forum to call out bad behavior.

    Just my opinion of course.

I have 21.5 years of escorting under my belt (ha ha), so I know whereof I speak: I can count on one hand with one or two fingers left over, which can be useful , the number of bad clients I’ve been with. And, in those few cases, “bad” is minor, for example one guy was hungover and kept leaving the massage table for the toilet to puke. Not ideal, but not the end of the world.

Some clarifications, sweat is not unhygienic. Sweat does not smell (google it). Sweat is something that happens to some people, it is not something they are doing on purpose. If you find sweat disgusting that’s you, it’s not an objective truth, and whoever it is who is sweating is not doing it purposely to offend you.

Another clarification, the body odor that happens to some people in the hours between their daily showers is not objectively disgusting, it’s something that happens and it is not something they are doing to you, to hurt you.

It’s unfortunate that the discussion about obese men and hygiene became so heated.

In my sexual life, I’ve been intimate with more than a dozen men over 400 pounds. Maybe two dozen. 98% of these men were fully hygienic for the same reason men who are not severely obese keep themselves clean: they want to be.

I will say that, although I have been blown away by the flexibility of some of my severely obese partners (legs over their shoulders when I’m fucking them ) it is usually harder for men living with severe obesity to move around. Add to that the knee injury, or what have you, and those men do the best job they can to clean up. I’ve found that older men in wheelchairs, or otherwise impaired significantly, are sometimes in a similar situation. Those men need to be approached by their sexual partners with compassion.

Long way ‘round saying “bad” client does not mean obese client, and obese client does not mean unhygienic client. Ok, I'm done

That is a bit extreme. I think not confirming an appointment unless a deposit is receive seems more reasonable. I guess you will weed out most if not all the flakes, but I wonder how many non-flakes you'll miss out on because they don't want to send a deposit just to start the conversation. I doubt you're putting the deposit in escrow ?

I'm not a provider, so I don't know your experiences. But just from a non-flake client's perspective, not sure if that's a good look to potentials.

This is one of those "kinks" I don't get. It looks painful. I kind of want to book hoss just to ask him about it & see him do it, and that I'll be the end of the visit.

You've had a good track record. Please don't spoil it. This guy is risky. You say he is a traveler. Where has he been in the past 2 weeks? Is he coming from a hot bed state? Who has he been seeing? Is he taking any precautions when performing the massage? You must ask these questions. You are paying and want to have a good time without worries. Think of yourself. Don't hesitate to get all the facts before mounting his table. . . Or bed if he is traveling.
